Haha, I guess so! However, it is easy to forget to stand up sometimes... Especially if you're in the middle of a writing project and don't notice the watch nudging you.it would be tougher not to close stand rings, no?

how much space do you need for indoor run? This is something I'd like to do since I can avoid people without masks outsideFurther walk before/after dinner or indoor run for 10-20 mints or so.
I live in a large bungalow. So I either run up and down the hallway or across the kitchen. For me running outside puts a lot of impact on my knees, so gentle running inside is better. Sometimes I run in the garden, but that’s weather dependent!how much space do you need for indoor run? This is something I'd like to do since I can avoid people without masks outside
If you have a stairwell in your residence, going up and down the stairs at a brisk pace can give you a decent amount of minutes towards your exercise ring.how much space do you need for indoor run? This is something I'd like to do since I can avoid people without masks outside
Very true. I went to a hotel during lockdown in London. I didn’t want to be out and about as it was busier than I liked, so my exercise for that day was waking up to the 11th floor and back to the ground floor quite a few times. Earlier this year when it was either too cold for me to go run or there was a lot of snow on the ground, I walked up and down the stairs from th ground floor to the floor above.Very true. That's a good idea. Our house is a bit small with just two floors. ~21 steps. What I do is - run up and down till heart rate goes above 130. Then do spot jogging watching something on tv till the heart rate dips below 130 and do the steps again. Three sets a day with target of 200 cals eachIf you have a stairwell in your residence, going up and down the stairs at a brisk pace can give you a decent amount of minutes towards your exercise ring.
I've seen this way too often during the pandemic.Even if the gym is closed. People just find an excuse.
I think a lot of people went one way or the other. Couch potato or take up running/biking etc. My lifestyle didn’t really change with Covid. It’s just work, work, work. But I still find the time. You just have to be creative.I've seen this way too often during the pandemic.
Exactly my thinking. Of course you don’t have to take your foot off the gas, but it’s nice to know you have some flex in there in case you are travelling or sick. I’m down to 795 KCAL a day now. It was around 840. So becoming manageable.I'm now at 813 of my 2310 minutes for the month. I always feel like I need to overload at the beginning of the month (Usually take a lot of walks) but I will be traveling at the end of the month. It's also good when you get to the end and you only need to do like 10 minutes a day. It's kind of rewarding in a way.

If you do 400% can’t you finish a day earlier? What? So soon. Good for you.
I have to achieve 200% of my move goal for 30 days. So I won't get it until the very last day.
But why stop there? Do 6000% in one day... 🤪 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️If you do 400% can’t you finish a day earlier?
No. I don't think it's additive.If you do 400% can’t you finish a day earlier?
You first. 200% is a challenge for me.But why stop there? Do 6000% in one day... 🤪 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
Agreed, my goal for this month is 200% move goal for 7 days. I can get it on the weekends so far this month (4 times), but that includes a 10 mile run which I only have the time for on the weekend. So I hope to get 9 days where I reach 200% Move Goal, since that will mean I got 10 or more miles for my jogging. You first. 200% is a challenge for me.
I hit 200% more days than I don’t lately tbh. Of course it depends on what your 100% is set at! Mines 440.Agreed, my goal for this month is 200% move goal for 7 days. For those that have a 200% goal for 30 days, they have my respect, even if they don't each the goal but get close.
I am not far too off, mine is at 760. Thing is, for now only jogging gets me past that since the bicycle machine I have is entry level / budget / cheap.I hit 200% more days than I don’t lately tbh. Of course it depends on what your 100% is set at! Mines 440.
Your daily target is 760=100%? That’s impressive!I am not far too off, mine is at 760. Thing is, for now only jogging gets me past that since the bicycle machine I have is entry level / budget / cheap.
So it is hit or miss for me over the course of at the week. But that is OK, doesn't hurt to have a down time day where you don't burn too many calories. I keep telling myself that.![]()
