Ha, yeah, I liked the theme/concept of the tv wallpaper, but not the execution, (lens flare makes baby jesus cry) so I recreated it to suit my own taste. 🙂

little bit off topic, but you can only rename the windows hdd if you format it as FAT32, not NTFS

Mine is formatted NTFS but it renamed fine - you just have to do it via the Windows OS.

Thanks for all the tips renaming the windows hdd. As I said before I haven't had the time (or any particular desire) to restart into windows. So I just hid the thing under finder preferences. 😉 I don't remember how I formatted the thing, I think whichever one bootcamp recommended as "more secure." I didn't want Vistuh to do anything to the rest of this computer. Bad enough I had to give it the 15 GB I grudgingly did.

Happy Earth Day!!

I haven't decided which one to use tomorrow for Earth Day (US). I'm participating in Lights Out tomorrow night from 8-9 (mac here will even be put to sleep to save electricity) 🙂

EDIT: just saw the two side by side and it made me wish I had dual monitors... nice juxtaposition of extremes... macro and micro

I use ObjectDock...i have made my desktop look just like a Mac! lol here's a screen shot...I've since updated the background and a couple of the icons...

EDIT: I even found a way to get the curved fly-out menus that came with leopard...lol
