Invisible navigation and no web pages actually displayed

Version 46.0 and the previous one haven't worked for me. I have a 64-bit Snow Leopard Server Parallels virtual machine which runs an older 64-bit version of Arctic Fox just fine. I also have an old Mac Book Pro running a 32-bit Snow Leopard physical machine running an older 32-bit version of Arctic Fox just fine. However, on both the virtual and physical machines, the two latest releases of Arctic Fox will open an app where navigation is invisible and no actual web pages are ever displayed. For instance, if I want to go to www.google.com or any other page, I can enter that in the relevant address text box, although no typed characters will be displayed. "Google" will be displayed on top of the app window, but nothing will be displayed. I'll just see a blank, white page. That's it. Is there a solution?

I would file a bug report here.

Sadly, the bug report didn't yield a solution. Newer releases of Arctic Fox don't work for me at all. I might understand that there could be something odd in my SL Parallels Desktop virtual machine that kept Arctic Fox from running properly, but what could be reason why a 32-bit version of Arctic Fox won't work on an old MacBook Pro running vanilla Snow Leopard?

Anything, it is probably never tested on 10.6, that too 32-bit.
