Are You a Shower or a Bath Person?

Thats my primary use for baths as well - it appears this is the case for many members here as well.

Actually I do a bit of the same Ill shower after a bath as well to get truly clean. Although I find baths relaxing and very fun (when its with someone else, that is...
) I dont feel very clean after them (more mentally clean than physically clean if that makes sense) so I always make a point to shower afterwards. Lyle said:

My habitual behaviour is to shower in the morning. Once and a great while I have to head out the door very quickly so I would shower latter in the evening. After a very hot and muggy day it is off to an evening shower. Baths are for relaxation, but that is kind of hard to do in University apartments with 3 roommates.

I'm one of those people who needs to have a shower every morning otherwise I feel horrible for the rest of the day and hate leaving the house without having one even if I had one before going to bed. Before work it's often a choice between having breakfast and having a shower - the shower always wins. Also have one after doing any exercise and in the evening if I'm going out.
I like baths as well but only really have these at the weekend if I've got a lot of time and nowehere to be...

Sometimes I plan to have a shower in the morning but it doesn't happen. I'm not a morning person and i find showering just makes it worse.

Shower in the mornings - although don't wash my hair every day. If I've been to the gym or it's really humid, I'll shower at night too. And warm water only unless someone switches on a tap somewhere else in the house and screws the pressure.

When I'm working on a project and I need to stay awake for 30+ hours to finish it, I'll take a cold shower every 4-5 hours to keep myself refreshed.
If I am not in a rush, sometimes I'll take a nice long bubble bath. I'll take my toy submarine with me into the bath to play with.

maybe incredibly off topic but what about those women (usually the mid aged state worker types) that smell like they have bathed in cheap perfume? I shower every morning
On the weekends I soak in the tub with a candle lit, so relax and de-stress, then shower after soaking.

I much prefer baths however, lack of time in the morning usually necessitates a shower. I have to have one or the other each morning, otherwise I just feel grubby and skanky (and not in a nice way).
