Are you eligible for upgrade come summer?

I know it's still too early to talk about it; nonetheless, when is your eligibility? Mine's not until February 2012. I was wondering if the "or else switching to Verizon" tactic would work for pushing the eligibility date all the way to summer? 😱

3 year plans are upgradeable every two years. At least from Rogers.
