Got a few cases on my Amazon wish-list. Have to pick one soon

AppleCare+ is my case :)

One reason I buy iPhones is because of their design and how they feel in my hand ... I'm not going to hide it behind an ugly case.

Was planning on Apple's leather case... but it is beyond me why they didn't cover the bottom of the phone wiht that case. Last year's case, from Apple, was about the perfect case in my eyes...

Exactly why I'm staying away from them. I had an issue with a case that didn't cover the bottom (or the top, in a similar fashion) of my iPhone 4 shortly after I bought the phone. Nothing major happened, but something happened nonetheless.

Another issue with them is if you usually put your phone in your car's cup-holder... scuffs up the bottom over time.

My GS4's plasti-metal ring on the bottom is destroyed. Only took a few months. Never buying these kinds of cases anymore.

That's fair. We are speaking of the 6 and 6 plus though, if that wasn't clear. :)

Lol, I understand; I just didn't know about the increase in AppleCare for 5s (I assume?) and above. My wife has a 5s and I liked it, but decided to wait for the 6/6+. None the less, $79 is still a deal for a replacement; especially since the 6+ is like an iPad Mini :)

but if i don't put a case on, my camera won't get damage when i lay my phone down?

Agreed. But this has me thinking... will the 6+ be under the same Applecare? There is a different AppleCare for the iPad, right?

Obviously nobody can say for sure. They've had sapphire crystal over the lense, so I imagine it's not a hge worry.

Good question, but I believe so from what I have read. I imagine that is why Apple did the increase for replacement; to help with the +.

Was gonna do another Grovemade this time around but...way too expensive at the moment considering what I'm spending on the phone.

Up until two weeks ago I was using a clear Spigen. Maybe I'll do that again.

Although I'm not crazy about the back so maybe a black silicon Apple case

I have played that game for far too many years. I treat my devices pretty well, but I like the case for the just in... case. Ironically, I have owned every iPhone since the original, and the only time I have cracked (shattered) the screen was my 5s using the Apple case.

Since my 6 Plus will be a company phone.. I may or may not run with a case. I didn't have my 5 in a case for a long time until a trip to Japan when all the coins I had (stupid primarily cash based economy) started scratching the top of the phone. I currently have an element case that a coworker gave me because he swapped it for a Mophie so I may look at another element case because I really like it. Depends on how much width it adds because the Plus is already wide enough.

Also children/random drops are not good to phones... so..
