If I can find a nice looking one... I don't want a case that has a company logo plastered on it.

I'm with you on that one. I love my Caudabe Veil for that reason. The logo is not printed on but embossed in the case so that it's basically transparent. Plus it's tastefully set near the bottom so it's not very visible. Hate those gaudy logos on a lot of cases. I'm not sure what those companies are thinking. Well no, I take that back. I do know what they're thinking and they're clearly not thinking from the perspective of the consumer!

I'd like to find a slender case that'll hold an id & credit card. That way the phone will be protected & it's all I'll need to grab for shopping/errands.

Wouldn't it be groovy if they made an ipad style cover that concertined and has a magnet to hold the front on.

I had an Apple bumper case on my 4 and it fell apart in a few months. Won't buy Apple cases again.

Probably going to go with an Otterbox defender.

My lifestyle is a little bit too active to go caseless unfortunately.

Different as in not good? I don't want bulk but just want to protect against the occasional drop

I wouldn't say not good but to the point that it's so thin i'd rather not put anything on the phone. It feels thinner than a piece of paper. For setting it on a table, desk, etc. you would be ok protecting it from scratches. A drop with the airskin would more than likely still dent the phone even if it falls on a "covered" area.

Also, isn't the camera lens protrusion (which I gather is somewhere between 0.6 and 0.7mm deep) going to overhang the case by 0.2-0.3mm? :-/

Will get something for my 6 while I wait for the update to the magpul field case of magpul bump case. I have been extremely impressed with the magpul cases.

Yeah that is another thing to consider. I just wanted to see how this airskin would work. I am more than likely returning it. I used the other case(thin fit) on my iphone 5 and loved it so I ordered that too for the 6, and likely sticking to that. It a little thicker but feels way more solid. The camera cutout is also raised a little so hoping it it just enough to be flush with the phones camera.

I just got these today. The left one will be going back i'm sure. I liked the idea of the case being super thin but this thing is THIN. It will likely rip with normal use.

I was actually just going to post a question about the spigen air thin so thanks for posting your quick review. I was thinking the same thing - that it probably wouldn't last cause of how thin it is. I ended up getting a case-mate barely there in clear.

I always start off with a case but end up getting rid of it.

But I have purchased this:

Just received my Spigen Slim Armor from Amazon. It looks a lot better than I thought it would for $20. The materials feel the same as cases that I have paid double that amount for.

My plan is usually to just use the case when I have a higher risk of dropping it - like going running, hiking, biking, etc. Pretty much the same thing I have done with all my iPhones...still no shattered screens 5 years later.

I just got the Ringke SLIM case. It's so slim that I actually thought they sent me an empty envelope for a moment because I couldn't feel anything at all! LOL. But no, it was in there. Just super slim. Still has top and bottom protection. And a really good price (between $6.99 and $7.99) I got the champagne gold looking color. Going back for the Tiffany Blue. And the white. Maybe the pink. LOL!
