iPhone 14 Pro Are you happy with your color choice?

Although I will say the Pro colors are quite boring.

I very much doubt that Deep Purple will be available next year. It will probably be replaced by a different new colour.

For me space black is what I got and I actually wish they had blue with white dots. Since the blue with white spots was not available this year I went with space black. Actually the color never made much difference to me as before I leave the store I bought my new 14 Pro it already was incased in a black Otterbox Defender case and screen protector. The only one that sees my phone naked is me when I am giving my eye phone a bath.

Went to the store yesterday and noticed that the black model had already a few small scratches on the steel frame at the bottom that showed as silver. Do you think the dark grey and purple models’ steel colour will discolour if kept in a case? I am worried that they will. For this reason alone am leaning towards silver. It will be kept inside a case all the time so I won’t really see the actual colour.

I believe the wear starts on the colored portions of the camera module. Depending on how careful you are, you also get it near the charging port and then around the opening for the silent switch if you use a case. The silver wears well if you hold on to the phone, but the once a year colors scream you have the latest phone and that has value for some.

Just ordered space black. Was stuck between this and purple but I just know I would get sick of purple. Had their been an alpine Green or Pacific Blue option I likely would have taken it.

Deep purp. Had previous special colors before. This isn’t as exciting to look at. Even with my clear case as I always use.
 
Yes. I had gold before this, and loved that, but I became ready for a change and ready for a darker color. I'm loving the Deep Purple! I don't really think you can really go wrong with any of the Pro colors this year. I love the unique Deep Purple, the darker Space Black, the super crisp Silver, and the ultra premium Gold. It might be the best year in colors.

I’ve never had this issue with my phones and there’s never been wearing in colour on the sides. I’ve got the Deep Purple this year and I’ve had the Sierra Blue and Pacific Blue before. I’ve always used a clear case though.

I’ve had my blue iPhone 13 for about 7? months, and my equally blue iPad for about 5 —- and they still look purty to me!

Got the iPhone 14 PM in deep purple after years of using the light colored iPhones. I am happy with the color choice, but it’s really hard to find a case that would match the deep purple color. 😣

I still have my 2 year old Pacific Blue 12 Pro Max and have no disclosing around the camera module, silent switch nor the charging port, and I always switched cases on that phone.

I got Space Black 14 Pro Max. Initially, I wanted the purple, but none were in stock. The US Cellular I went to on launch day only had a 14 Pro Max 256GB in Space Black left in stock so I jumped on it. Don’t regret it as I think the color is done well.

Hi I currently have XS space grey, how much lighter is space black 14 pro in comparison? I’m now considering silver, for a change. Wondering if black will just feel the same.Thanks.
 
I used to change up the colors with every upgrade until the 11 pro max.. been using silver ever since. I like my Apple Watch to match as I get the stainless steel. But I love the silver every year. My husband always gets the black/ graphite version and my son always gets a color. And we all get the Apple leather cases for them :)
 
I started out with the silver on launch, and I love the color, but I returned it because I wasn’t ready to give up the SIM card slot. In December I decided to get another one, and they did have a space black 256 in stock, so I bought it. I’m really happy with this color. Last time I had a dark phone was space grey iPhone 8+. Good thing about it is it matches every phone case.
