Hi guys!

I purchased a used MBP 2017 13 "in place of my old 13" MBP mid-2014.
To my surprise, despite the newer graphics cards in MBP 2017, there were artifacts in specific conditions that did not occur at all with the older graphics card in MBP mid-2014.

How it looks like
I have:
1. MBP 2017, 13 ", 16GB RAM 2133MHz LPDDR3, 512GB SSD, Mojave 10.14.6, i5 2,3GHz, Intel Iris Plus 640 1536MB
2. MBP mid-2014, 13 ", 8GB RAM 1600MHz DDR3, 256GB SSD, Mojave 10.14.6, i5 2,8GHz, Intel Iris 1536MB

Sometimes I play FPS for fun.
When I launched Insurgency game on Steam in MBP 2017 (see point 1), artifacts appeared in the game. In the place where there should be a smooth tonal transition, clear boundaries began to appear.
I attached an image of the problem and video below.
On my MBP mid-2014 (see point 2) with the same operation system (Mojave 10.14.6) this problem does not occur.

Has anyone idea where is the problem?
Ii it a hardware or software problem?
Maybe something is damaged in the graphics card?

It is strange for me that the 3 years younger MBP have a problem with what the graphics card in the older model could handle without any problem. Yes, all details settings in the game on both MBP are the same.

And below are short videos showing the problem:

2. How it looks in MBP mid-2014 - there is everything OK
