My credit card company's voice recognizer machine can't tell what numbers I'm saying when I say them slow and clear as ****, and I'm supposed to believe that this will be able to tell that I want to meet somebody at the Guggenheim museum. yeah. Ok.

As an iOS user for over two years that will continue on for at least four years, I am jealous when people do Bluetooth exchanges on their phones. I remember this actually happening in Christmas 2008. A bunch of my cousins were gathering around and were Bluetooth transfering mp3 songs with a Sidekick, Curve, Blackjack, and Moto Q while I stood there in disgust. Another mandatory syncing to iTunes to get any new content. I also hate that I can't use the iPhone as a disk storage like the iPod classic and there is no upgradeable memory slot.

But hey, those people are jealous with some of the things we have. We can't have it all. To solve it, just be a phone collector and enjoy them all! Get the best of all worlds. iTunes or drag and drop, get the works.

im jealous of the palm pre believe it or not. the wireless charging magnetic stone or whatever they call it is awesome. and no putting my phone into a huger power mat case isn't.

Also wish they would throw and RFID chip into iphone.

I like palms multitasking better.

Certain voice commands would be super useful, while others would be embarassing to use in public like someone else mentioned.

I for one would love to see something similar integrated into the iOS

The Chrome to Phone thing is pretty cool. I don't think I'd use it enough for it to be a 'key feature' though. It just kinda feels like taking an extra step to do something. Like why not just start the search on your phone if you know it's gonna end up there anyway?

But yeah, pretty cool little feature. However, I find it hard to care about it.

it's called Dragon Dictation, available in the appstore. you speak, and then push about 2 buttons to send a text. much better than typing a few sentences while driving
The issue with texting while driving isn't just putting your eyes off the road, it's that you're talking on the phone (or to it) the shift of your focus causes your reaction time to slow down quite a bit. Sure you might not get into an accident if everyone is driving 80mph and not stopping, but if something sudden happens you might not react as quickly as you would have if you weren't using your phone.

Google will master voice on the phone, they have had google 411 one for years and the whole point of is to get voice actions down. This is why they are miles ahead in voice capabilities from everyone else
