I also just received 2 months worth of credits on my account. Glad to see it didn't take the full 3 months. Also, interesting that the credits came in the middle of a bill period and not the same time a new monthly bill was generated (which is what I would have expected). FWIW, I traded my iPhone in store a couple of days after the 7 launched.
 
If I ordered my iPhone online through ATT, can I take my trade in phone to the store and still get the same $650 credit?

In store for things like that has always been my personal preference.

I was in and out within 10 minutes when turning in an iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus for the promo. AT&T seems to have their shoes on the right feet for this one. I hope your process goes as smoothly.
 
I also received 2 months worth of bill credits on Oct 14. I bought my new phone and traded in the old one on 09/25. Given my bill cycle, I haven't yet paid for any of the new NEXT installments yet. Nice surprise!
 
Timing is off for me. Trade-in just received and processed. Just billed for 1st installment which means another month before credits kick in.

I haven't received any credits yet, either. I turned in my iPhone 6 Plus at an AT&T corporate store on September 22. My third bill since then will cut on December 2, and be available on the 4th or 5th. I am very hopeful my credits will show up on that bill.

I'm pretty much in the same situation is yours but my bill cuts off on the 10th, it's now a waiting game it looks like.

Me either. Mine was 6 not plus, but otherwise the same. My 3rd billing period was over today, so I'm hoping to see the credits when it posts in a day or two.
 
I was coming here to see if anyone had received their credits. I traded in my 6 plus at an ATT store at end of September and I have not received any credits either......
 
I guess I'm in the same boat as others. Turned in 2 6's on Sept 21 at a corporate store. Hoping the credits show up this month.
 
Just checked OLAM, and a $27.09 credit has shown up!

I've checked almost daily and the credit for both of my trade-ins just showed up! I did both of these trades at corporate stores and within the first week of the release of iPhone 7.

Sometime today I received two additional credits, for a total of $81.27. That covers the first two Next payments on my October and November bills, as well as the upcoming payment on my December bill. I am now fully up-to-date on credits for my trade-in.

Good job, AT&T!
 
Mine showed up on the 23rd as well. I received 4 credits for the one phone I traded in on September 16th. I was actually surprised to see 4 credits, since it has only been slightly more than two months since I completed the trade-in, but I am not complaining.
 
I traded in 2 iphone 6 plus on 9/18 but now only received 3 credits. I am expected 4 credits of $27.09.

that is odd. maybe 3 credits for one phone only? have anyone seen this?
