Congrats man! Enjoy your new phone! I have the same estimated shipping date as you but still no tracking number. All I see is the darned " pre order processing "

How did you get notification? Was an email from Att? My order I want to cancel has the "cancel shipment" grayed out. I got an email that cancel was unsuccessful. I wonder if this means it's being shipped.

How are you premier customers ordering for pick up on the Apple website?

I have never been able to order through Apple because my premier account is a business account and does not follow the normal Phone number/ZIP Code/Social Security number format The Apple order form asks for.

Exactly- I have the same question. Apple online store doesn't allow me to reserve an iPhone till I go through the form forcing me to enter my phone number etc. I too have a business account, so I am not sure how can I even buy an AT&T iphone outright at full cost.

You can check which stores show availabilly for in store pick up. I did it on the website instead if the app without entering my info in. It's probably limited stores again since a whole lot of us have done this and cancelled. Good luck!
 
Been lurking here since my initial preorder. AT&T Premiere customer here, received confirmation at 3:06AM PST and went through the same shipping dates bumps as you all. Still waiting for some shipping confirmation. I've had a pending transaction until this morning when it dropped off. I used a gift card that I've since thrown away so hopefully that dumb mistake won't bite me! I'm excited to see that some Premiere customers are starting to get tracking numbers. I'm off work on Monday and I hope I'll see my SG 128gb 6+ then!
 
Earlier this morning I noticed that my local apple store had the ip6 in stock and available for pickup. I thought, why not cancel my AT&T premier order (ETA of 10/13-10/31) and order directly through apple.com?

Long story short: I have my 64gb iphone! I suggest everyone at least TRY to do a local pickup before waiting on AT&T!
 
I ordered 2:53AM EST, confirmation email at 3:03AM EST, Iphone 6+ 128GB Gold.

Initial date of 10/2-10/13 then 10/13-10/22 down back to 10/2-10/13

Wrote multiple emails to CEO and Grace, raised hell and looks like they came through, although couple days late.

For those that ordered last night, did you have to cancel your preorder first to get upgrade eligibility back?
 
Well this gives me hope..ordered at 3:45 am EST and after double checking, I see my Premier confirmation email came in around 2 hours later. Still in the 10/2 window with no shipping update.
 
I've been lurking for awhile and finally have something worth sharing.

Ordered space grey 6 plus 128GB 11:50PM 9/11, received confirmation email 12:15 9/12. I had the same 10/2 - 10/13 estimate as everyone else.

I received a shipping notice from my FedEx delivery manager this morning! Checked my email and got a premier notice that it has indeed shipped with the tracking number. It got picked up this AM and is due for delivery Monday.

I never emailed or called ATT.

Very happy now!

Just feel like BLAH that mine is just sitting there and not moving at all. Oh well. Hopefully this will change ONE DAY. :(
 
At least we're starting to get some shipping updates from what seems to be the beginning of our line. I didn't get my confirmation until 5:07 am EST after ordering at 3:45 EST, so hopefully by the end of the weekend they'll catch up. Keep posting what time you got the initial confirmation email because as we all know when we ordered doesn't really matter lol

If the cancel pre-order button is showing, the cancellation takes about 10 minutes. Once you click the cancel button you'll wait for an automated email to arrive. That email will have a link to confirm the cancellation. The final step is waiting for a second email which confirms the cancellation is complete. At that point you are eligible to order off Apple.com for store pick up (2yr contract option only). If you're planning to do AT&T Next, Apple.com only ships those orders they can't be picked up in store.

I tried to cancel my line and after confirming I received an email saying they couldn't cancel the order. I called Premier support and they tried to cancel the order as well. They said the phone is in the warehouse and will be shipped soon so it's too late in the process.

My second line which also had an iPhone 6+ ordered (about 2 minutes before midnight, confirmation email time stamped at 1:12am PST) was able to cancel. I placed the order for store pick up at the local Apple store and it's ready for me now.
 
Just got on here to complain and as I started to type I got a fedex notification that I have a alb package overnighting out of FW!! 64gb 6+. Finally!!
 
Has anyone with a Business Premier (IE you OWN the business) had success ordering through Apple? Our local store has the 6+ in stock but I cannot order online as I receive an error indicating "Account Type Not Supported". How do you get around this?
