no change in my order still says in progress.. ordered on the 9th to my home from the regular att store. so ridiculous
I called the automated 866-391-0749 number and it said that my order "will be processed by the end of next business day and i will receive a e-mail once it has been processed"
i ordered through regular ATT on the 11th

In addition, AT&T today will begin shipping devices to customers who preordered online for arrival beginning tomorrow.
I ordered on the ninth, and when I called it said the order shipped, and it gave me a FedEx tracking number (doesn't work as of now). My order page also just says Various SIM.

AT&T is such a mess. The only good thing is that all of us who ordered from them are seeing the same crazy things. Hopefully they update their systems correctly today and all phones are delivered tomorrow!

My guess is that some lucky people will get them tomorrow, but many of us will have to wait until next week. If that happens, I'm going to grab some popcorn, kick back, and watch the screaming...![]()

I'm in the same boat as you. Just called and got a FedEx# that's not showing up on their end yet. I ordered on the 9th for home delivery. Getting closer....
