AT&T Confirmation Email yet?

I just received a confirmation email for one of my orders.

"Thank you for your purchase from the Premier Online Store and for choosing AT&T as your wireless service provider.

Your Apple iPhone 6 (64GB Space Gray) has been reserved and is expected to arrive on or around 9/19/2014. Your iPhone has been reserved. All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis."
 
Got confirmation from ATT after about an hour (ship date 19 Sept) but I ended up canceling through the premier order site and ordering from Apple directly.

Same, got 1 confirmation out of 2 for my iPhone 6, still waiting on 6+. But like other person said, I have 2 $1 charges on CC so I know the orders went through.

No it isn't you ordered earlier than you were supposed to, which were the selected few that got emails. Doesn't mean everybody got them the majority didn't as you can see.

The question now is with no confirmation email and estimated delivery, are all our orders written in a piece of paper and tossed in a baseball cap and they'll pick and deliver whichever one whenever they fee like it? This is what it feels like.
 
Placed two separate orders around 2:30 ET. Got confirmation numbers for both orders. Saw one $1 pending charge on my Amex.

Got confirmation email for first order around 5:30 ET. I used Next and the email had a PDF attachment with the 0% financing.

Between when I placed the order and got the email, nothing showed up when I tried to check the order status.

So around 5min ago you got your email? Did you get an estimated delivery? Good news.

Go read through previous years order threads. This seems to happen every year with every carrier. It's not unusual for the mail confirmation to go out hours later.
 
I'm approaching 2 hours after my AT&T order went through and still no emails from AT&T confirming it. Order Status on AT&T is showing nothing as well.

So glad I re-ordered through Apple. Now I just have to call AT&T and cancel as soon as it shows the order completed....come on email...I'm waiting!

Did you order 6 or 6+?

I'm seeing a pattern of 6's getting the confirmation email while the 6+ being shipped in over 7 days.

I think I am going to go and try my luck at an ATT store on friday as well. IF I can get my 6plus then, I will cancel my pre-order.

Still no AT&T email...CC has a $1 pending AT&T charge though...

This is the only time I'm hoping the shipping time for this phone is 21+ days away. Gives me plenty of time to cancel it. I would prefer to cancel it today and be done with it though.

Well that's not good. I ordered a 6+ 16GB and that order confirmation number hasnt come in yet.

Worst case I will try my luck camping at my local apple store.
 
placed my order at 5:29 EST, no confirmation email, no record of an order in their system, and two $1 holds on CC. I'm going back to bed and if there's nothing in a few hours I'll call in.

EDIT: got my confirmation email at 7:56 EST.

Good luck. I placed my orders around 12:15 PST.
 
placed my order around 3:15 AM EST and got the confirmation for first order at 4:45 AM. Still waiting for the second order email

My AT&T page said that I could not cancel my AT&T order since it was made via some "Premeire" whatever. That is why I cancelled my Apple order. It was a heartbreaker to cancel the Apple order since they were saying delivery by the 19th but I had to orders on 1 eligible line and only enough cash in my Paypal account to cover 1 phone. I had to kill the Apple order. I made the AT&T order so quickly too, at like 3:25. Now it says 14-21 business days to ship. I wish I was more patient. My apple order was placed at 3:30 EST.

What a heartbreaker:

ouch, what time did you place that order at.
 
I got my AT&T Confirmation Email about an hour after I placed my order.

You have to remember, their servers are getting hammered right now, so if you ordered and it went through and you got your web order number then I think you will be fine and it just taking the servers awhile to get emails out.

That is my take on it.
