AT&T Customer Reports of iPhone MMS Activation Surfacing

Oh yes. I just get red exclamation marks. I screwed it up in the settings I think...
Same... I just reloaded the ICC file and synced, getting the same result. I wonder what the little trick is. Has to be something that makes this work.
I called AT&T they said that I don't have the opt out on my account, but couldn't tell me why my mms isn't working. They referred me to apple, which I didn't bother because I am sure they'd tell me to wait til 9/25.

wait... you don't have the CINGULAR1 password or log-in put in place, and yours are working???

updating the carrier file also removed my custom carrier logo. went back to both /system/library/carrier bundles/ATT (and Unknown), replaced the carrier logos the same way i always do, but it's still reads ATT.

Update Button?
Running 10.6, iTunes 9.0, cannot find the 'Update' button to alt - click. How am I missing it? The only update I see once I click on the device is 'Check for Updates' when I alt click the iPhone in the Devices, I get no 'Update' option.
Got it, thanks. alt click was not working on my bluetooth keyboard, tried laptop keyboard, bam!!

I should mention that I am not in LALA at the moment. I am up in Portland. But I have heard other people have it working here. I reset my settings to where they were at first like the guy above and still no luck. Guess I'm just gonna wait. Like always.
so.. having read all this, am i correct in assuming that no one's phone simply.. started working with mms?

It works it works it works....no problems on my phone and I am trying my wife's phone now....Thank you thank you thank you!!!! no problems with exclamation marks and no problems with visual voicemail......thanks !!!!!!
I'm getting the exclamation point as well in Nashville. I'm not on a family plan, which seems to be why it's not working. Any solutions? Other than wait til the 25th....

I called AT&T and they stated I do not have the MMS block or opt out code on my account, but then you can never believe an AT&T rep.

I feel you, I've tried about everything. I keep trying to send it and I stare a hole through my phone waiting for it to go through. I've invested so like an hour to this, I prob won't even use it that much when it's officially enabled (which, by the looks of things Sept. 25th will be the first time it'll work for me)
