So I think I just added a FAN discount from my university. Can I check online if it worked. Im also set to graduate in a few months does it go away after that or do I get it forever?

They technically are supposed to check every time you renew your contract but they usually don't.
Also if I already get 200 txts for $5...is this in addition to that? Can someone please clarify what exactly this is lol
Haha just did it. At first said it wouldn't let him cause it was for "blackberry only" but then he saw the error and removed my 200txt plan before trying it again and it when through...
How are two individual plans combined cheaper?

2x individual plans unlimited text: $20/line
the only drawback with tmb9 is that to get mms working you have to set it up on pay per use at 30 cents each.
if you dont send or receive too many mms then the plan is perfect. if you send alot, their regular messaging plans may be a better option..

mms is what exactly...the picture sending in txts??? well i rarely do that....can just send it in emails

mms can send mixed data types including audio, video, images, etc

They do sweeps after an unusually large number of people sign up. I wouldn't share that link if you want to keep that discount.
I don't think just anyone could use that link anyway. I also don't think there's a way to switch from your current FAN account # to that one either, so there's probably not much harm in it being posted. Still makes sense to delete it though and it looks like he did.
does the 1500 texts for 8.99 still work? anyone know? If I got the 1500 for 8.99 and 200 for $5 and I used MMS, it would take the MMS off the 200 correct since the 1500 doesn't include MMS.
i dont think you can have both. when i swapped mine the att rep said if i ever added any other text feature it would knock whatever current text feature code i had.
gotcha so you just have to pay the 30 cents or whatever per MMS? Anyone know if it still works? does it work for corporate FAN accounts and university FAN accounts? or just one or the other?
whenever you add the code you need to make sure you tell them to add the pay per use mms feature code in addtion to whatever code your using. i dont know what that ppu mms code is but the reps should know....
you need to do that or else you'll get the redirect sms to get the pics online.
