TMS4 is definitely dead. When I upgraded to my iPhone 4, it magically was 'dropped' from my account. Call after call up the ladder, still no go.
Terrible customer service, AT&T is milking every last cent until their lose their exclusivity. I was told flat out that there were no active feature codes to give any reduced rates.

I was worried about losing my discount with TMS4 code since when I preordered I had to choose an SMS plan.
Has anyone been able to get any codes to work with the iPhone 4? I have a legit premier account as well and am hoping to be able to keep the extra discounts I've had for the last 2 years.....

When was this? I have it on my wife's line and when I asked about adding that same feature to mine, I was told it too was expired.
I just got TMS4 added back on my account a couple of days ago. 750 texts for $7.49. The girl had to go get approval from her supervisor, but she added it back on for me.
hmm, TMS4? That's what I had on my account already from the iPhone 3G that gave 1500 for $8.99.
either way if I can get 750 for $7.49 that'll be fine with me... slightly cheaper bill plus I don't think I've ever gone over 600 messages in a month
That code is TMB9, not TMS4. I was told that code is unable to be added on as well. I have a feeling policies changed over the weekend.
It's still showing active on my account after I upgraded from the 3G to iP4. Although it says Text MSG 1500 B2B, but when I called to add the code I told them TSM4
Oops sorry, you guys are right.....it's TMB9 that gives me 750 texts for $7.49. I got it added last Friday. The lady I spoke with had to check with her supervisor before adding. I had it on my old 3G phone, but when I signed up at the Apple Store with my new iPhone 4, it wasn't an option so I had to call.

Same thing happened to me, upgraded in store on launch day and they had to drop my texting plan, so I spoke to the AT&T rep that was standing by in case of issues and he said I could call AT&T and have it added again
That afternoon after work I did, the rep added it with no fuss, even called me back when my i4 dropped the call
So TMB9 might still be active, and my u200 is still there
I do - it was added in Summer 2008 and I still have it (we had it for work purposes and that got me interested in the whole feature code thing).
I just called and got TMB9 added in today. Tried to get TMS4 but the rep said its no longer valid. Oh well 750 text is plenty for me, anyone ever had the 750 text drop from their account?
I was told the same thing, call back and tell them your local att store told you to call to get these codes added in.
