Has AT&T actually charged you?

I got $15 waived off the line that I paid full price for, but the other line was a no go. My friend does work for AT&T call center and he mentioned that it really depends upon a person. They're not supposed to be waiving those fees, but if you get the right person, it's possible.

It's been this way since August 1st like it or not. People act like this is something brand new but 6 weeks old now.
No the wording in the press release is for BYOP for new lines to have an activation fee, but not for existing lines bringing an activation fee, so whats happening right now is not supposed to happen.
