What will this thread do for you. I mean I can go on here and say att waived all 233543246523 upgrade fees I placed. Does that mean it actually happened?

Currently getting credited for the upgrade fee! It was a $40.32 credit! They sure charge a lot for literally doing NOTHING worth that kind of charge.
I was able to get them to waive 2 out of the 3 fee's. She said $82 credit, but I assume she meant $72 and it was a typo. My question for you guys is, should I try again to see if I can get someone to waive/credit the remaining fee?
