Lester Norca: As for the $40 Upgrade Fee ME, this fee is usually charged once a new 2 year commitment is signed to get a new device at a discounted pricing. This charge will only be waived or cleared if our customers will sign up for the ATT Next Plan and this charge is applied both for new and old ATT customers.
ME : Next is not a good option for me unfortuantely
