Ordered on Friday morning. The app was giving me problems and the site was too. I went into the store when they opened and ordered. Ordered Natural PM. Mine just says "Your Order's In the Works" with a shipping range of Sept 21-Oct 5. The guy at the store said I should be fine for a launch day. I'm not sure about that, but the shipping date could easily change within mins and be overnighted for next day delivery. I'll patiently just wait...

Yea similar boat but I ordered in store at 2pm EST. So many of you in here ordered PMs, I ordered 1TB Black Pro and still the 9.21-10.5 range. Who are all these secret Pro buyers lol

Looks like as of this morning I can no longer cancel my order on ATT. The button is gone, so hopefully that's a good sign that they have shipped it or began to.

It wasn’t. They essentially canceled my order and said it’s “sold out”. Guessing their website oversold orders and gave the we hit a snag error to people who were above the allotted stock
Where were you seeing that error? And what did the website say.
 
Same timeframe for me too. Nothing through ATT. But in my FedEx app, there is an item that says "pending delivery" but I receive an error when I attempt to open it.
Mine has been showing the same for the past day or two. Hope it will update soon.

It said we hit a snag with your order. I talked to a rep and they said it’s just a bug dont worry. It went to working on order the next day. And today it says it’s on hold. And I go in and it says the item you ordered it out of stock. We will ship this to you when we can

Thanks. I downloaded the app and didn't see anything about hitting a snag.
 
Anyone here with only the “pre order” status and nothing? I have the 9/22-10/06 date. I see some of you says we are working on your order and some of you are shipping.
 
Store and customer service said nothing can be done. Anyone know of a fix for this.... Am i SOL.

The best they said was wait til the 6th. I paid for the phone and they said they can't cancel and refund me my money and I have to wait for it to show up adn return... but they don't knopw when its coming and I'm worried its never coming due to the SNAG comment.

Also if it is likely i get the phone without issue, they really gotta fix their app and notifications as they are incorrect and caused way to much time waiting around on hold and running to the store.

UGH you just gave me so much hope! On the fedex app it says pending and your delivery is 10/13-10/27?
Nope sorry: I meant that it shows I have a scheduled delivery that’s pending. When I click on it, it says tracking unsuccessful. My delivery date is still 9/22 expected to ship 9/21 on att.

Why can’t you cancel? There is no option to cancel? I have the same date range, but no movement at all, just says the same as yours, pre order only.
 
I am so screwed.

ATT won’t let FedEx hold the package at a location. They have a restriction on the shipment. I won’t be home and Friday is the last business day of the week. I won’t be home Monday either. Why can’t they just let me have it held? It’s direct signature required.

I placed the order on Friday but had to wait a few hours for pay and decision making.
on my app it also shows the "we hit a snag" message and Action required but nothing appears wrong. I chatted and they said it's good to go.

Curious who bought a PINK Plus? anyone? lol it seems unlikely it sold out since you can still place an order now for one. best of luck for everyone and myself.

when some say Fedex says something is pending but can't go into it is it like this? or is that just the standard screen always like this? I went through the trouble registering and downloading all the apps I could think of lol
it's not like I NEED it fast but i'm always impatient and paranoid it goes wrong..

Mine (ordered online at ~7:50ET Fri) shows the same message (I'm in line to get a new device??!?!? yay! Could you be more vague?). But I am showing an estimated shipping date of 9/21 (which, by my count... is officially 10.5 hours away).

Hoping it's one of those cases where the phone shows up before they get around to updating the page.

That's what I see through my app as well. Shipping information was entered. I'm hoping my order is in the same delivery frame as yours. My estimated ship is 10/13-10/27.

your experience is my worst nightmare. Does it say you can buy it on the website though? it seems odd to be sold out but then still continue selling more unless they are making money off ages of backlogs.

I think that fedex screen is the same for everyone even if theres no delivery lol

What phone is this and what time did you order? I feel like I havent seen any one-week windows.

My fedex app looks exactly the same, but I am unsure if it always looks that way or not.
