My fedex app says the same thing, haven't had any updates on anything since Saturday.

Update: My order that the app said "we hit a snag" has now changed to "We're just about ready to ship your order"
My other order is also "just about ready to ship"
Nothing on FedEx app yet.

My two orders on AT&T.com with upgrade & trade in. Nothing in the FedEx app for tracking yet.

In the AT&T app it went from We hit a snag Action required to We’re working on your order, estimated to ship by Tuesday.

I still have nothing new showing, and still have the 9/22-10/6 range for shipping when I check the order status online.

My 1024GB order just changed from Hit a Snag to We’re ready to ship your order, arriving by Friday, in the app. And online it says Great news! We're just about ready to ship your order.
No change on the 512GB, still says we’re working on your order in the app, and website shows Great news! We're just about ready to ship your order.
Since you have that range - odds are it won’t ship Thursday.Same boat

There app has been whacked out, I sat at We hit a snag for days
I'm with Verizon, but my girlfriend uses AT&T, so this question is on her behalf: She is upgrading from an 11 to the 15. The 11 used the physical sim while the 15 will be eSIM. Is there anything specific she needs to do, carrier-wise before she activates the new iPhone and migrates everything from her old phone?
