Yep, I can still cancel. I however don’t know the full implications of canceling, especially consider my phone payments finished because of this upgrade.
 
Just for the heck of it I checked the Best Buy in my area and they have the black and blue color iPhone 15 Pro Max available for pickup or shipping on Sept 26. The natural titanium color is available Oct 6 and white is completely sold out. I thought I had checked Best Buy earlier and the dates were further out so I'm a little surprised. I wonder if the stock of available phones at Best Buy, Target, Walmart etc will improve as Apple starts regular shipments. Maybe that will help some people with long delivery times who don't have easy access to an Apple store. We have very small AT&T and Verizon stores here so I don't think they are going to have much in stock tomorrow.

I think the 1tb must be in short supply because all of the other models are being fulfilled past my order time. Plus, I haven't seen any 1tb's shipping early, unless I missed something.

For anyone that still shows no tracking, which mine was all day as well and still does...
I went on ATT chat and they actually gave me the tracking info so it already shipped, just ATT site hasnt updated. Hope that helps someone

Nope. That’s where I am.

When I open the app and it shows the order, right there it has switched to “we’re working on your order,” but then when I click that for all the order details, it shows the same as yours.

The 1TB is moved to November shipping on Apple. So ATT probably won't be getting them too much sooner if at all at this point. That's what I ordered on pre-morning, 1TB NT PM
 
What worked for me was verifying I had a FedEx account tied to my delivery address. I also had to add an alternate name since I'm not the primary account holder for our AT&T plan (who the phone is getting shipped to). Once I updated the alternate name, I was able to see the package through the FedEx Delivery Manager (both web and app).

I never received any notifications from AT&T or FedEx prior to this; not sure if there is some type of delay or they're just missing some people.
 
Anyone have departure scan for fedex Fort Worth Texas? Mine says arrived at hub last night at 11pm but nothing since. Looks like a plane leaves Dallas to go to Memphis in about 30 minutes or so, hoping it’ll update soon.
 
Preordered 5 15 pro max phones and 4 are in transit. The last one which is a 256gb pro max natural titanium finally gave me a tracking number around noon today but as of right now it says label created and that FedEx is waiting on the package. I’m thinking they either missed a scan or just created a bogus label as it originally showed a ship date of the 21st and they had to have something in the system. Anyone else have a similar issue?.

Mine is confirmed to have a bogus label specifically so I can’t cancel and have to fork over the money for the phone even though I won’t get it for a long time.

That’s unacceptable!. If I don’t get it tomorrow, I’m going to see if I can cancel it and get one in store. The thing that sucks the one that has issues is for my daughters birthday which is in a few days. Did you try to speak to someone in the retention department?.

I’ve been trying for days to get mine canceled and they are flat out refusing and saying it’s impossible to cancel and I have to wait. And if I use another lines upgrade I have to pay for both my 13 pro installment and the new phone installment.

Wow!!. I didn’t think it would be that hard to cancel an order. Hopefully you’ll get it sooner than later. If I don’t get it tomorrow I’m going to call and see what I can do. Doesn’t sound promising based on your experience. Next time, I’ll go through Apple!
