Mine says signature required. But I found something on FedEx website that I didn't know about. They have a form that you can duplicate on a piece of paper and you can leave it on your door for the FedEx guy. It's a signature release form so that they can leave it at your front door without you being there. This is what I am doing because I will be at work when they show up tomorrow.FINALLLLLLY!

There is definitely something strange going on in your case. They would not print a label for shipping if they did not have the device and didn’t expect it until November. That would be absurd. You need to call and ask for the retentions department. They usually have the most “authority” and can assist you better than most. If that doesn’t work, file a complaint with the BBB. You will get contacted by the ATT office of the president within 24 hours. They will get stuff done.My standard iPhone 15 is just a state over now while my Pro Max still just says label created. I ended up calling them and they claim there’s nothing to worry about they’d never make a label to just sit on it. While I got totally conflicting info from the chat rep who said they made a label to make sure i can’t cancel because the new device has already been added to my account but it’s still a November delivery. So nobody knows what they’re talking about over there. We’ll see tomorrow if I get it. I doubt it. The phone rep said if it’s not here by Monday I can get my upgrade back while the chat rep said there’s absolutely no way to cancel and I have to just pay the tax and upgrade fee on my next bill even though I don’t have my new phone

To my surprise I got an email this morning about "great news, we've shipped your order and have tracking. The label was created 9/21 at 120am. However, the shipping company is UPS. Anyone elses iphone 15 pro max shipping by UPS?

Wow, I just switched to AT&T, if that is the case, it puts a bad taste in my mouth and I will probably leave. That's shady af.They’re giving out bogus labels to the delayed orders so we can’t cancel them. It’s the shadiest practice I’ve seen by a company

No update or movement on mine either...my pro max both say shipped via ups and there estimated delivery is tomorrow but no movement whatsoever. Thinking they printed it just to have printed like others have said about cancelling.
