While I got totally conflicting info from the chat rep who said they made a label to make sure i can’t cancel because the new device has already been added to my account but it’s still a November delivery.
That is complete BS. There is now workflow to create a shipping label for a device that has not even been manufactured since this claimed November delivery. Who is going to hang onto a shipping label at a Distribution Center.

99% change it ships tonight for delivery tomorrow.

I just don’t get it? How is it that orders made after the open window are going out first? This makes no sense and some of us are stuck on pre order still with no movement or tracking, some of the colors going out are the same as mines and others. I really hate this carriers and the way they run this **** show.
That doesn't make sense to me either. I didn't want to order online because I didn't want to have to deal with AT&T's horrendous record of saying I've sent back broken phones for my returns when I know the phones are perfectly fine. So I went to the store at around 6PM EST last Friday to pre-order mine, and luckily it's still coming tomorrow. I'm sorry about the delay!

I’m hoping so. This has been a nightmare. My only pre order hassle in 12 years of preordering iPhones.
 
I ordered a 15PM Blue 256GB last sunday and got with a delivery of 9/22-Oct 6 and it just shipped with UPS next day air. Guess I got lucky. I believe next Day Air guarantees delivery by 12pm the next day, right? Anybody know.

This fuels the conspiracy lol. Tons of people with 9/22 and beyond delivery dates got labels today with no movement. Just a label created status. Some here think that they created placeholder labels so people can’t cancel but we’ll see what happens tomorrow

You could have preordered online and then turned in your iphone into at&t in store within 30 days.

interesting... on the Att app it does say it will be delivered by Monday but I was thinking maybe there were being conservative in their estimate.

my guess is that it did ship but it will take until later tonight or early tomorrow to show the tracking updated with delivery for tomorrow. this has happened in years past with phones that ship late but still deliver by launch.

Mine says shipped with ups with no movement. When I they said between September 27-October 11 🤷🏻‍♂️
 
So I have 2 Pro Max coming. Blue 256 from AT&T direct and a white 256 from First Net. I received shipping notification and tracking on Sunday for the Blue from AT&T and nothing for the First Net. My package says it is 2 pounds, my question is, is that weight accurate for a single phone? Those who have theirs shipped, what are the weights?
2lbs would be a single phone according to my shipments.

It says they’ve allocated a device so UPS created the label. They probably don’t really know what is going on, but they absolutely didn’t say what you said they did.

I spoke to a rep and asked about the ups overnight label with no scans and they said it will be shipped between 9/27 and 10/11 even though the label is already printed. Very weird

And I hope I’m wrong and I end up getting my order tomorrow. But multiple people on this thread have said that ATT told them they created a label for phones that aren’t shipping out until October. And once a label is created you cannot cancel the order since it is in shipping status according to many reps I’ve talked to over the last 3 days. It’s just very shady to force a customer to wait for an order for weeks and still charge them with no recourse
 
Don’t pay too much mind to everything AT&T shows on their website. If you were told the 22nd, it’s almost 100% going to be there by tomorrow.

They had this on my ATT homepage and it said it was coming today for a few hours. Obviously it’s supposed to be tomorrow.

I went ahead and cancelled mines, got my money back and my upgrade reversed. No way am I waiting for 2 more weeks for something I can easily buy in person from my guy. I really wanted the easy way for them to ship to me, but nope, they rather skip a lot of orders and send them first and then tell me my date changed from one day to 2 weeks later.. I hate pre orders lol.. happy for all you guys that are shipping out tonight,..
