That is complete BS. There is now workflow to create a shipping label for a device that has not even been manufactured since this claimed November delivery. Who is going to hang onto a shipping label at a Distribution Center.While I got totally conflicting info from the chat rep who said they made a label to make sure i can’t cancel because the new device has already been added to my account but it’s still a November delivery.

I didn't want to order online because I didn't want to have to deal with AT&T's horrendous record of saying I've sent back broken phones for my returns when I know the phones are perfectly fine. So I went to the store at around 6PM EST last Friday to pre-order mine, and luckily it's still coming tomorrow. I'm sorry about the delay!I just don’t get it? How is it that orders made after the open window are going out first? This makes no sense and some of us are stuck on pre order still with no movement or tracking, some of the colors going out are the same as mines and others. Normally not a re-delivery attempt but if they miss delivering due to FedEx's fault they do attempt to complete the delivery on Saturday.They do in most areas with this type of delivery
I ordered a 15PM Blue 256GB on last sunday and got with a delivery of 9/22-Oct 6 and it just shipped with UPS next day air. I believe next Day Air guarantees delivery by 12pm the next day, right? Anybody know.

my guess is that it did ship but it will take until later tonight or early tomorrow to show the tracking updated with delivery for tomorrow.
2lbs would be a single phone according to my shipments.So I have 2 Pro Max coming. Blue 256 from AT&T direct and a white 256 from First Net. I received shipping notification and tracking on Sunday for the Blue from AT&T and nothing for the First Net. My package says it is 2 pounds, my question is, is that weight accurate for a single phone? Those who have theirs shipped, what are the weights?

I spoke to a rep and asked about the ups overnight label with no scans and they said it will be shipped between 9/27 and 10/11 even though the label is already printed. It says they’ve allocated a device so UPS created the label. They probably don’t really know what is going on, but they absolutely didn’t say what you said they did.
