Carrier AT&T iPhone 15/iPhone 15 Pro Pre-order & Delivery Thread

mine is out for delivery, it did not say signature required but I'm okay if it did. perks of being an introverted house wife lol is i'm always home and happy to be.
I read that packages worth more than 800 have to be signed for but I wonder if they only applied that to people who paid outright the entire price, only explanation I could think of why so many don't require a signature is because of our trade in bringing down the initial cost? that or people just lazy or didn't pay for insurance idk

the only annoyance I have is whenever fedex gives you a time estimate it almost always changes to later time frames making the first time to expect it invalid altogether. I read that only over night priority will for sure deliver early in the mornings, but mine was shipped over night standard which only promised some time before the end of the day. anyways fingers crossed it comes in just a few hours like it says but have my doubts.

ordered release day. 15PM in Blue 256. Almost here.

Nothing has changed on the ATT app for me. I’m so dang frustrated. I did not order much after 7 Friday morning. I have never had this much of an issue with a phone order.

It’s not that I can’t wait, but I’ll be out of town all next week, and IDK what’ll happen if I’m not here.

You can get a vacation hold through Fedex

I don’t think that’s the case. I think Apple dropped the ball because they are rushing to get phones out to people on launch date. Especially those folks that had their delivery dates pushed up. I didn’t pay out right but mines require a signature on delivery.

Apple just trying to get folks their phone and some slipped through the cracks avoiding the restrictions. It works out for some of those people that won’t have someone home

So here’s a question - did the pre-orders for ATT start at midnight? Because I was pretty sure it was 5 a.m. pacific time just like Apple, but my ATT store guy just told me midnight, which would explain why I wouldn’t be nearly as close to the top of the line as I thought, although I’m not sure he’s correct.

I have plenty to do around the house today, but delivery by 7:00 PM from UPS with no way to know when it's going to arrive is annoying. I feel like I'm on house arrest. Any tricks with UPS?

yeah I am pretty sure it was at 5am pacific, I was on the site a lot. Also have to be mindful, just because some get theirs before you, though ordered later, it's usually because their phone isn't the same as yours. mine was the 15 plus in pink. a lot of people went after a pro max. from what I saw the standard 15s even less demand than either.

yeah when people are rushing to get the new iPhone they usually aren't interested in the lower end model, I wouldn't be surprised if the non-pro models maintain regular availability

If it says direct signature required, the form and signature will not work, or it isn’t supposed to according to the website. I would give FedEx customer service a call to confirm.
Signature release works. They just delivered my phone and I am not at home. The delivery says signature release on file

Arrived at work 30 minutes ago and just got the text my phone has been delivered!

Gonna go home during lunch to check it out 👀
