Generally they dont like when people come to the hubs (Fedex). I think it usually comes down to your local hub and how they deal with it. I asked a rep yesterday, and he confirmed that they don't tell Fedex to not allow holds on shipments. I bet there is a way to get it moved to a fedex pickup location, but you'd more than likely have to call your local Fedex and get that sorted out. Don't stress! Saw your post and wondered if the website itself would list why, and it doesn’t list a delay and still says it’s being delivered today.Mine got delayed to Monday due to a thunderstorm in the town 2 hours away and they couldn’t fly here… when they could just drive it.
