this is normal. it will be delivered on time. fort worth is their hub. it will likely fly out early morning to the hub closest to you and then on a truck for delivery.

I have estimated to ship 9/22-10/6 Iphone 15 Pro Max ordered on 9/15 at around 12 ET. No shipping updates yet. Still says “We’re working on your order” on the app. Anyone in the same status as me? Is it likely it’ll come tomorrow or even Monday? Its my first time preordering thru At&t.
I ordered at 10am est on 9/15 for 256gb natural titanium pro max. Still have “We’re working on your order” with nothing from FedEx or ups. Very confused
According to AT&T they shipped my 15 plus yesterday, and I got a tracking number. Delivery is suppsed to be today for 9.22. However, there has been no movement on my device, and all it says is “UPS awaiting item”. Do y’all think I will get my phone today?
It’s weird, but in the past people have gotten their phones before final shipping steps.
It could be that your phone just didn’t update in the UPS system but is on track to arrive today.
Mine did the same thing then at 3 am scanned and left and arrived at mine at 5:30
Of course stupid att didn’t have my phone leave Texas until 3 am so now I most likely don’t get my phone until Monday or Tuesday next week. So much for launch day delivery I guess. 
It just depends on when they get to your order and they can get it shipped out; they give a broad date for a reason. I’m in the same boat currently.
mine departed fedex in newark, probably en route to my local office to go out by 9am
I’ve had that happen a couple of times.
Tracking shows no movement. Next thing I know, the driver is at the door with my new iPhone, haha!!
This is also the story with mine! Updated on 9/21/23 at 7:30am saying "On the Way" and hasn't changed since 😭
My estimated delivery still says 9/22/23 by 7:00pm. I'm staying hopeful but I wouldn't be surprised at all if it's delayed somehow!
I don’t think many people order through them.
I would never trust Best Buy after 2 terrible experiences being guaranteed to get phones on launch day and then like 3 weeks later just cancelling my order cause they don’t know when they are getting them
So anyone else's phone still sitting in KY since Tuesday? It even cleared customs yesterday morning at 8AM.......
Been up since 4am and constantly refreshing my FedEx page. The progress has been PAINFUL. Showing for a delivery today between 8a-12p. Ordered PM in White/256gb.

Same. Which I had expected with the ship date being listed today, but I was hopeful.
I do have a scheduled delivery that popped up in FedEx over night, but doesn’t give any other information and won’t let me click on it.
