Fedex came through! Three hours after the original delivery window, but they delivered my new gorgeous blue titanium 15 Pro Max today. The titanium feels so nice, smooth, elegant, and light in the hand. Hard to put it in a case, but we got to do what we got to do...

I still have some hope but getting very anxious :) blue is my favorite color and from what I’ve seen it looks amazing. Are you able to share a pic?
 
My wife stayed home all day. Watched as trucked moved around town. After 4 I get a text that it will be delivered Monday because no one was home to sign for it at 4:07. I checked my Ring cameras and at 4:07 a FedEx truck drove by at 30 miles an hour. I hope that wasn’t a common occurrence.
 
so I cancelled my pre order last night, and I can tell you that once you accept an early upgrade fee, they can refund it to you, but it will become due on your next bill, which is dumb. But anyways, so I paid it off and was on to my day. Then I decided to look up in store inventory around me, luckily there was a few stores around me with a few stock, ended up getting the 512gb pro max in blue. Should be in my hands on Sunday as I have to work tomorrow. Not so SOL after all.

Guess no phone for me today. Stupid fedex. It’s 5pm and nothing. Sick and tired of this stupid company. UPS never has any issues
 
I wish everyone waiting much luck. I still feel bad that I got my phones before you. I ordered about 7 PM PT on September 17, and I got my phones late this morning (15 Blue 128, 15P Black 256). Still not sure why I jumped ahead of some people, unless my 15 non-pro order pulled me ahead.
Our FedEx driver dropped the boxes off at the door. No knock, no signature.

I really don’t understand the point in pre-ordering. If the phone not going to be here on the day it launches. People can go in store & pick one up but i preordered 7 days ago & it hasn’t shipped yet. iPhone pro max 1,056gb smh

So many missing details in your post. Such as time? ATT only has som many phones allotted for launch day.
 
Just received mine...Question to those who are trading in your old phone, is the return label & bubble wrap w/sticker inside the packaging for the trade-in device? Or is the trade-in packaging coming separately and this is if you were to return the new device?

My AT&T Blue Pro Max delivered earlier this afternoon. My First Net White stil says Ordered with a deliver window of today through October 6th. I now have a FedEx status “Scheduled Delivery Pending” but no info when clicked. Any others that had/have the same have any update on their status? Any one else that is a First Net customer actually get their phone today?
Also on FN. First order (8:03am est) was cancelled “due to a glitch”. Second order around 4pm on Friday through a phone agent had a delivery window of 9/22-10/6. Got my phone delivered today. 15PM 512MB Blue.

And yet I still haven’t received mine and I purchased online no problem at 7:57am EST on 9/15.

Same exact config/color? I mean it sucks either way, trying to rationalize that there has to be a reason other than them just randomly processing orders. Although, if I’m being honest, that wouldn’t surprise me all that much if that’s what they were doing. This is my first pre-order experience with ATT, and despite getting the phone today - I’m not impressed with how they have handled the whole ordeal.

Pro max blue 256gb.. been “out for delivery” for 12 hours now. Guess I’m not getting it and I’m ready for them to give another bs excuse like usual.
