Carrier AT&T iPhone 15/iPhone 15 Pro Pre-order & Delivery Thread

My 15P, 256, Nat Ti (ordered thru apple.com with ATT trade-in) arrived via UPS Friday around 1PM. Release authorized so didn't sign. It traveled via truck from Louisville to GA overnight to local hubs. Trade-in box notification on Friday that it has shipped via FedEx, arriving Monday. Trade-in goes to CTDI in Jeffersonville, IN.

And since AT&T/Apple put all these restrictions on the package, I can’t even go pick it up from the hub tomorrow. What makes this all the more infuriating is that the hub is literally two blocks from my house AND I had received a separate FedEx delivery earlier in the morning. Make it make sense.

I can tell you FedEx is not following these restrictions. My pro max was supposed to be here yesterday. Updated last night to delayed and delivery will be Monday. Woke up this morning to out for delivery. I have also seen a lot are not requiring a signature also.

Didn’t have to sign for mine through FedEx. They left it at the door

Awesome!!! I’m jealous. Mine just changed to ready to ship. On the app it now says shipped by Friday…..which isn’t much of a help. Hoping it ships Sunday but not holding my breath based on this thread.
 
I preordered IN STORE last Sunday. My blue titanium Pro Max had an estimated ship date beginning the 22nd. It just shipped from Ft. Worth Texas and will be delivered Monday Morning. My Fex Ex driver HAS been having us sign lately when required but my blink camera will tell me when the truck is halfway up my LONG driveway. Very Excited here!

I am just so shocked. I ordered my phone on the day of preorders and mine just today changed to estimated to ship by Friday. No tracking. It makes no sense.

I don’t get it neither ordered at 8:30am on the 15th mine didn’t even ship yet
 
Ordered my black 1tb pro max on the 15th at 1:30pm eastern. Status in app and FedEx shows shipped with no estimated delivery date. It is currently in Ft. Worth with a tracking number, so I’ll probably get it Monday.

Pretty sure they lost my phone and AT&T customer support won't do anything because its "marked as shipped". Giving me nothing but the run around and every automated support message they can. Wish I could just cancel it and go pick it up from a local apple store...

That’s exactly how mine looks. Is yours listed as coming from ‘Ingram Micro’ by chance?
 
Anyone else order theirs early on preorder day and have an estimated shipping date as mid October? They initially told me I would have it on launch day which was last Friday, but now me and my wife’s are estimated mid October.

I am tempted to just go pickup the phone from an Apple store today. AT&T rep says they can't cancel the order because it's marked as shipped even though it has been stuck on label created since Sept 16th. Does anyone know if I can return the ordered phone if it does ever show up? I am trading in my current iphone for the $830 off promo. They told me I have to wait until Wednesday and if it is still stuck on label created they can issue a replacement order. New orders for my current configuration on AT&T is already showing Oct 16th...

If you’re buying them outright you should be able to just do a return as long as the box isn’t opened within 14 days. It just gets tricky if you’re on installments

Have you tried starting an order with Apple? It might not let you on installments because it might find the pending order. You can return the order if shows up. Don’t open so they can’t try to hit you with restock fees or any BS.

Haven't gone through with anything because I am afraid if being stuck paying full price for one of the phones if I attempt processing 2 financing options at the same time, but you are right it may not even let me proceed.

I don’t trust att giving you accurate info. Rep by rep and depends on departments. You will get want option you want in the end but need to figure out what is really going on and ‘cleared’ out.
 
Just got tracking. Phone will allegedly be here tomorrow. Only at label created stage right now. Did find it on FedEx app. Will update when it arrives. Would be nice to have it tomorrow. No mention of signature required.
