you sure my phone is going tocome on 24th? because i wouldve sold my iphone 3gs for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally!! Just got my FedEx tracking number to work!! I preordered at 2am AK time on 6/15 and had a ship date of 6/17. Never had any backorders. Not much info yet, shows FedEx has the info and it's initiated. I feel better now! Have faith early pre-orderers!!

I wouldnt realy say a catastrophe they do much better then mcdonalds does on my order. and some are getting there a day early... you ordered for the 24th you are getting it the 24th whats the big deal...

Not a big deal on the 24th. Absolutely no communication about receiving the order, any updates, card get charged then it isn't, was the order cancelled.....
I expected the iPhone on the 24th from the get go...but it would have been nice to have received an email early on confirming the purchase and telling me when it would ship and when I would receive it. No communication.
Seriously. getting the phone before millions of others and when you expected it is a catastrophe? Good grief people. And 1:31am PST isnt the first. I got in at 4:15am ET - i'm sure a few hundred people were ahead of you and there are probably not that many getting phones yesterday and today.

Call Fedex tell them you want to send a intercept on your package and have them hold it @ the nearest station / re-route to a different address.

No, I'm not sure, I have no idea when you will get it. But it's overnight delivery so if yours has shipped already, I assume you will.
