**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

I'm a 5051 order for a 32 GB that is still listed as "In Progress." I ordered 6/15 at about 5:40 p.m. EST. I never received an order confirmation email, but I'm able to find the order online, and I've received both the CSS email and the "Hope you're enjoying your new phone" email (with my old phone listed). I also have a pending charge on my CC. I'm taking the day off from work tomorrow, so I really hope the phone shows up!

That would be me. Ordered in the afternoon on the 15th. Got my email conf # 5051... The ATT website wouldn't recognize my number forever. The first rep I spoke to said it was fine. The second one said my order was messed up but after an hour, she fixed it. Then the website found my order # - In Progress (6/17). There has been no action since then. I called ATT again yesterday and they said my phone should go out with the first orders.

Still waiting for some confirmation, but I'm not calling ATT again unless I don't get it by Saturday.

I am in PA. Went from 101 last night to 100. Still no shipping. I ordered at 9:10AM EST

I'm going to call today. I haven't bothered calling yet so I might as well at least once to find out what's going on.
 
So fed-ex claims it's going to be getting here today.....and its in baltimore right now but its still showing a status of at dest sort facility...at 9:20am. anyone else in my shoes? its suppose to get here by 3.

Me too, although at least they removed the "backorder" status this morning and I got some "welcome to att customer service" email" this morning even though my phone is an upgrade not a new number. My order is a premier order and was place at 9:00 am est on the 15th, but is showing up with an order date of June 20.

Pretty much exact same situation, although I ordered at 6AM EST. My order didnt show up for quite a while, but finally got the confirmation email the next day. Been IN PROGRESS for the entire time with no backorder on a 5051x order. Spoke to AT&T and they assured me multiple times that there was nothing holding the order up and I should expect it Thursday...if thats the case I need to get a tracking number very soon.

Mine is here in Austin at "dest sort facility." It says delivery the 24th, though :(

i've got the same message - normally by now it should say "out for delivery" i'm getting a little nervous apple has put a hold on the deliveries for today. grrrr

Exact same situation only I ordered at 6:45 a.m. on the 15th. Got my e-mail with a #5051, ATT website didn't recognize my order number until I called AT&T, in progress 6/17. No action since.

I'm beyond annoyed at this point.
 
Went in and ordered on the 15th at a store, systems were down, so they did them by hand. BECAUSE it was done at night, it didnt show up as the 15th, but the 16th. They just gave me a ship window between now and july 5th.

Exact same scenario here in Raleigh NC. I'm confident that it will arrive today...My Fedex guy loves me..
 
just checked my tracking via fedex, finally something moved but not in a really good direction. it says delivery by 24th by 3pm. it is an in store pick up, i thought that stores are openning up at 7am so what in the world are they going to be giving out to customers that pre ordered thiers??? 'Sorry Sir/Ma'm,you will have to come back to the store around 4pm since we have no units in store until they get delivered'????? What in the world
 
Maybe someone can help me out. My order number starts with 1750 and I still have no tracking info. I'm 'in progress' and have never been backordered. I ordered on the 15th at 3pm EST. Is this reason enough to call?

I'm a deans list student - work hard, but sometimes if I (or one of my friends in the class) wasn't exactly ready for a test - I'd tell my professor he should postpone it, and he would. LOL. We did the FIFO LIFO crap in the fall though, and last semester was all about accounting for stocks and bonds- so I just really don't remember EXACTLY everything.

But I gotta say, it does piss me off that I'm on summer vacation, just waiting for a new gadget, and I'm talking about ****ing accounting. On the other hand, I feel incredible that I remembered what FIFO and LIFO meant.

And the more I think about it, the more it does make sense in relation to this whole mess.

In other news, I'm sitting here watching the flight I assume my iphones are on. **** was supposed to depart at 315 and it still says it hasn't departed yet LOL.

4:45 am EST, mine is in Greer, SC dest sorting facility... Delivering to Franklin, NC 2.5 hours away...

Should be here when I get back from Whitewater Rafting today! :)

I'm in pa also mine also switched from backordered last night and is still processing I ordered on the 15th at 200pm eastern but my order says 16th I hope it ships today
