YES!!!! I ordered July 28th, AT&T, non-premier, 16gb and it came off backorder late last night (3rd) or early this morning (4th). Still no tracking but I am hoping that will come today.

Ordered 7-25, came off back order yesterday. Out for delivery today, hope the driver leaves it at my front door because I won't be there till after work.

Wow. I should have ordered the 32gb since it seems they're getting shipped quicker than the 16gb.
It seems like AT&T is screwing those of us who place our order through the Premire web-site.
