**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

I used a regular Washington mutual cc on pre-launch morning at about 10:45 and still haven't seen any kind of charge or authorization yet. But my order has never been back ordered. Take my money dammit! But everything looks good I suppose.

Should I be worried?

I ordered my 16g iphone 4 from the at&t site at 5am pacific standard on 6/15. I got the confirmation email for my order and when I check it on preferred it says processing and was last updated on the 16th. The hold on my payment is registered as expired. Should I be worried? :/

yeah, i've heard from a few sources that said the 25th - 28th for delivery, but i think they're mostly saying that to cover their butts if something DOES go horribly horribly wrong and the phones are delayed.
but after reading all 46 pages of this thread i feel confident that most everybody who ordered on the 15th will get their phones on the 24th.

<never mind...I did get my confirmation email...here's hoping the phone shows up on Thursday!>
 
I talked to AT&T today and they said we will have our phones on the 24th if we ordered the 15th. I have talked to like 5 different customer service reps that all say the same thing. So we are all good to go with getting our phones on the 24th.
 
I am hopeful all 15th orders (at least earlier ones) will get phones on 24th. I'm in the premier, 15th but showing 16th, backordered, CC hold-boat.

I am a little worried now because ATT systems still say I am upgrade eligible. When I dial *NEW# It says I am upgrade eligible. So does apple online store.

Anyone Else?
 
What Does This Mean?

Alright guys, here's what I'm looking at. I placed my order on the 15th at nearly 1:45 PM CDT at my local AT&T retail store. Will my iPhone arrive on my doorstep on June 24th? Or are the rumors true that it will be overnighted on the 24th for a June 25th arrival?

One is my order confirmation email, and the other is my order status on AT&T's website as of June 20th, 11:25 PM CDT.

I'm just so excited! :D

Hey guys. ordered mines on att.com on the 15th at 6:30am it still says in progress got a confirmation email two days after ordering it. on my bank account it showed they deducted it but it was pending now since i believe friday or saturday it wasnt there anymore and it got credited back to my account?

should i be worried?

What's to worry about. It's a phone, not the Ebola virus :)
 
AT&T and I got tracking number

finally an update to one of my orders, with a tracking number!! Though it is only 1 out of 3 orders. Tracking number is not found in FedEx when I click on it.

EDIT: Now two of my orders have tracking numbers!! YAY!!

lol i just refreshed mines on att.com got three tracking numbers tho no update

Whew, thank you.

And yeah, for anyone else with the bank charge on hold expiring or disappearing I've got good news. I asked my friend and he said he had it happen to him before. His charge was on hold for about 3 days and then it disappeared. He said a few days later when his item shipped the sender took the money out. He said as long as you keep the right amount of money in the bank you should be fine.
