One of the two orders I have for a 32GB iPhone has tracking info now, the other one does not. I placed my orders in the store around 11am. Sweet!

Ordered at around 2:30am PDT on the 15th.
When you click the tracking number it goes to the FEDEX page but doesn't show info.

EDIT: and no my CC hasn't been charged yet. But I called and they said it was pre-authd but nothing showed up still. Plus I got the confirmation email 3 days later on the 18th but I guess that all doesnt matter now since it's being shipped or at least in the process of being shipped.

No, I was pre-auth for the amount on the 15th when I pre-ordered. They hold it for a few days, then release it back into your account.

The charge come when your item ships on it way to its destination.
 
I'm watching my brother's retail order now... still nothing. I'll report back if there's a change.

The temporary hold was released by my bank a few days ago, my order is listed as "shipped" and I have not yet been charged. Nor has my upgrade availability date been changed yet (premier).
 
I cannot overstate how frustrated I am right now regarding this fiasco. I preordered with AT&T Premier at 5:22AM EDT on June 15th after cursing up and down at Apple's own page. I immediately received my confirmation email with a Reference Web Order Number beginning with 1012, which is displayed on the Premier Order Status page in my attachment.

However, a quick trip over to the myWireless Order Status page (after punching in my phone number, as the order number pulls nothing up) shows a different order number than my Premier email, and even more frustratingly, backordered with a date of June 17th that's entirely and wholly inaccurate. Furthermore, that's beyond the rumored cutoff for launch day shipments, and I'm (as of now) still without any hope of a tracking number.

Calling the Premier phone number (866-499-8008) and inputing my order number from the email into the automated system yields the "Your order has been processed, and will be shipped shortly" message.

I know the best thing to do is to sit and wait, but this is ridiculous. "Premier" my ass.

to anyone who got fedex tracking now from regular AT&T site, did you get confirmation email from Premier with a different site for checking order status? What is your status on the Premier site? Processing or Shipped, did it give you tracking number on there too? Mine still says processing.:(

so then when it ships they will take the money back again from the card for good this time?

No confirmation yet, premier site still says "processing". The two systems don't seem to communicate with each other very well so I'm going by what the regular site says because from what I've read, that is generated from the compass ordering system.
 
I ordered the 32GB black from ATT at about 3:30AM PST on the 15th, I also received the shipping info when checking my order status just now. Looks like I will have a phone on launch day! Good luck to everyone else.
 
one more question lol my order says shipped and the money is still in my acct i called att and they told me when ur item has shipped they will take the money frm my acct but its still there? i hope i made sense lol

It's possible that they are doing everything in batches. They obviously married their inventory to the orders, generated tracking numbers and are now uploading that information to their databases. I'd imagine the charges will come in the near future.

oh okay that makes sense then lol i jus want it to b thursday already and pray for all those who pre ordered to get theres im just as anxious as everyone else and think worst case scenarios. lol g night to all. thnks again for the info bruh

I'm guessing everyone that has had their order shipped has had their temporary authorization dropped..

Yet mine hasn't since I ordered it on the 15th.
 
Here is my status

I ordered it in the store and of course they took a paper order. He did assign me a phone number but had to enter the order later on because systems were down. I hope that even though there is a missing SIM line that it will still included in the order. I did not have the order shipped to the store, I had it shipped to my home. Everything else looks ok :confused:
