**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Nah if you ordered before the cut off and you have in progress and had "1s" on backordered and they went away then your good! they just havent got to your account yet. haha im on that boat and im impatient.
My 1's on backordered never went away - that's what I am saying.
Originally my order was listed as back ordered as well from the time I pre-ordered.. It didn't get zeroed out until Friday I wouldn't get frustrated just yet...
I just checked and the same thing is happening to me as well. Ordered on the 15th, received confirmation email and finally got through on the att order status page and it says I ordered on the 16th and that my phone is backordered...
I also had a hold put on my card and the next day it was taken away
I'm in the same boat as you. Everything for me is just like you said it, but my credit card hold hasn't expired (Bank of America).
FWIW, I ordered through the premiere portal at 9:47am on the 15th. The regular order status says ordered on the 16th, but the premier order status says ordered on the 15th. Phone still backordered...

Trying to stay positive but I don't want to wait until July 2nd. I wouldn't mind waiting till say the following Monday.
I have been two weeks without my 3gs now and I man does it suck.
FYI, I don't know if it was mentioned before but, you can copy and paste your shipping number into google and it will come up with FedEX tracking. Mine is still showing with no information available on the FedEX site still (typical of when they receive information but have not picked up the item.

I really do believe if you got your order in before the AT&T cutoff on 6/15, which was about 3pm EST you should be fine... I wouldn't be surprised if your back-ordered status zeroes out today or tomorrow..
I ordered mine from AT&T premier site on Tuesday around noon EST, and there was a hold for around $218 on my credit card since Wed that today finally dropped off completely. I am also showing all 1's on backordered status.....I remember seeing people in here say the charge dropped off their card at some point, but everything was fine...true?
Yes, my charge dropped off on Friday afternoon sometime.. I haven't checked yet to see if it was reinstated..
Mine is saying exactly the same thing this morning. My tracking # begins with 438 and is 12 digits which seems consistent with those that show Fedex as shipper, so I am assuming even though my shipper says null, it is really Fedex.
BTW...I am a premiere customer as well (ordered by phone on 6/15 around 8:00am ET, not website), so not all hope is lost for premiere customers.

I went into the store on 6/15 and ordered at 12:30pm. It has shown "In-Progress" since until this morning. Weird how it says shipped on 6/18.
edit: This is my wife's 16GB, mine does not show shipped yet...uh oh. I have the 32 coming to me...

I have a feeling we can't track it because those are our individual tracking numbers and right now it's shipping in a lot to the states. So I'd assume we will see some movement once we hit a distribution center.
EDIT:Also we may all just have the tracking number for the lot shipment. Which i don't think we would be able to see on the fedex site. Anyone want to PM the last 3 of theirs i'll let you know if it matches mine.

Mine also is now showing as shipped on 6/20 with carrier "null" and some tracking number which I haven't sorted out yet. Fedex shows no such record. May be internal tracking number for all I know.
Premier order status still shows same.
Hope this is a good sign for getting one later this week.

It could say "null" because it hasn't been picked up yet... they may have just scheduled it for pickup, then once FedEx picks it up it will be registered... last time I checked FedEx doesn't do pickups on Sunday, which AT&T has it marked as shipped on 6/20/2010
You ordered your phone 2 hours after cutoff and it got shipped?
Weird. My order was placed on 645AM EST on the 15th and it's still in progress. There is no rhyme or reason to this.
I'm not worried...but if I don't get a tracking number by tomorrow.....

I ordered from an ATT store at around 11 AM, on the 15
mine went from the picture above .. to SHIPPED instead of in progress .. and now has quantity shipped 1... tracking number still doesnt work but im sure it will soon enough .. but also the other 3 iphones ( my GF..my grandpa and grandma's iphones still show in progress ..
i am happy mine is shipped haha I am the most impatient out of all of them hah
Not sure where this bs about a cutoff time is coming in at cause 4:30 isn't the magic time or anything. I got mine at like 6 pm est and ordered another one at 6:30 after they finally moved my g/f's phone to my account
