I ordered by phone Friday around 9:30 AM PST. When I didn't get the T and C by email, I called ATT. They said they were sending an email link to the website so I could see the T and C there. That email never came either.
I called and asked them to use a different email just in case that was the problem (it was not in the spam folder). Finally I got the T and C. Then it was wrong, with the wrong plan, different from what I ordered on the phone.
Called again. Found out that the computer bounced my order to the standard plan because I was a special case (I had the original iphone, then the 3gs, then the 4 for 29 days, then back to the original). A rep fixed this for me but said I would have to talk to a rep to activate the phone. Then I realized it had the billing address (not all of it, they left off the street name) as my shipping address (not what I told the order guy).
Another call to ATT. After a lot of waiting, they said that wasn't really the shipping address, in their system, they have the correct shipping address. And that it has already shipped, priority, so I should get it in two days.
They gave me an address - wireless.att.com/order-status but it isn't working. When I went through the menu, got a message that I couldn't see my order, maybe it was too early, etc.
I figure I'll get it Friday like everyone else. I'll just be happy to have one that works.
