AT&T iPhone 4S Pre-Order Status Thread

I finally got my confirmation email from AT&T today after accepting the T&C. They didn't send me the T&C email until 10/10 even though I ordered on 10/7. Will AT&T notify me that my iPhone has shipped? The email gave me the order number but I'm not sure what I can do with that.
Funny my experience was the opposite. I received 3 confirmations but no T&C email? lol

Can someone please tell me how to accept it or why you even got one sent to your email?
I pre-ordered on the 7th at 4:30 am east time and the only emails i have received are 3 different ones saying it has been processed and sent to the warehouse?

I pre-ordered mine from a guy that I usually deal with at my local ATT store. While I was placing my order he said that I would probably see/hear some information somewhere in the system about my phone arriving in 14-21 days. He said to ignore it and assured me I would get the phone on Friday. He wasn't exactly clear on why the system would show 14-21 days, but he seemed to think it was just "one of those things" that happens with pre-orders.
It's for people that ordered over the phone or in store. If you ordered online, you accepted the Terms and Conditions before checking out
same here! I have received 3 emails over the course of 4 days but not terms and contract email. So weird.
Same here - but I accepted T&C during the online order process, so I don't expect an email.
If you ordered online then you already agreed to them upon check out, accepting T&C via email are only going to come to people who ordered over the phone. How did you order?
If your phone is here, it is sipping Bourbon. Whiskey is for those phones in Tennessee.
The Terms e-mail is only relevant to people who placed their orders over the phone -- if you ordered online you have already accepted the terms as part of the process.
Figured I would add to all of the shipping non-sense. A bit disappointed but hoping it changes. I ordered Oct 7 just after 5am Eastern. My shipment status is showing backordered. My item status is showing "processing". I tried ordering from apple, the apple store on the iphone, and at&t. At&t was the one that eventually worked for me. I really hope it gets here on the 14th since I ordered it for the wife and we go out of town this weekend. Would have held off and ordered from Apple if I knew they were going to have issues shipping it out. Phone is a White 32GB.
I ordered over the phone on 10/7 at 1pm eastern. I haven't gotten a T&C email should I call? Has anyone that ordered over the phone after me received a T&C email?
I am in the same situation. I got the T&C email on 10/10 and right now the online status shows my order date is 10/11. I called CS on 10/10 and the guy told me I am in the queue and I would received the phone on 10/14, but when I call CS today another representative told me I have to wait for 14-21 days since my order just completed on 10/11!! So what should I expect now?
I ordered before you on 10-7-11 @ 0830 PST, still waiting on that T&C email...but they did extend my contract to 10-8-13 already!
I don't really know -- over the course of this thread a lot of people who'd ordered over the phone claim that their order date reflects the day they accepted the T&C and not the day they actually placed the order. I don't think it would hurt to call but I'm pretty sure no one here knows how much impact that will have on your ship date.
You should call ATT ASAP, from my experience, your order wont be completed until you accept the T&C.

Mine's been at zero for about two days now. Hasn't been any change for me since early Monday.
Mine did and I've seen a couple more people in this thread state the same. Looks like it's steadily moving along.
Since this is an upgrade for me, I should already be bound by the terms of the T&C. My order is reserved and scheduled for shipment on 10-14-11. Perhaps that only applies to new iPhone users!?!
