Called CSR, yes I am premiere. Didn't require elevation, upgrade eligibility was back within 5 minutes.

Do you know if the cancel button was still showing online for your order?

You were lucky, I was on the phone for 45 minutes, transferred three times, finally to a guy in Premier whose first language was not English and no one could cancel my order. Had a phone on hold at the Apple store, but could not purchase as upgrade and decided not to add a second line just to get the phone yesterday.

Now, if I don't see any movement within two weeks am going to elevate as high as necessary to get phone. Why did any of us get up at 3:00 AM EST to pre-order on the 12th for no reason? AT&T just sucks.

I didn't even check online to be honest, just called 611.
 
Canceled my preorder. Apple Store had the 64GB 6S+ available for reservation. :D

Did you give up on the 2-yr contract? Did you go with Next or full price? I am assuming people ordered from AT&T because of 2-yr contract, not aware of any other reason. I've always ordered from Apple.

I went Next with the iPhone 6, so I'm doing the same with the 6S+.
 
I'm literally minutes away from cancelling my order and picking one up from an Apple Store..

Just find it so ridiculous that not even a tracking number has been given out to us that pre ordered day one. I still have the option to cancel my order as well so I'm assuming thats a bad thing

Tbh I haven't even checked, but I doubt it because I'm going for a 64gb+ rose gold.

I still show the option to cancel too.

Girl, I am so sorry! What a complete sh*tstorm of events. I'd be super upset and would feel really slighted by AT&T if I was you. I really hope your phone comes soon. Actually, I hope it has shipped and you just haven't received any type of notification. You deserve it. I'm still following and rooting for you!!! *hugs*

aw you're too sweet! i'm hoping for some good news soon. people w/ the same phone spec's have had theirs shipped. i spoke with apple...i really messed up i should've ordered through them...theyre so much more pleasant on the phone and always have been. i'm not sure whats going on. i might call att again. this is absurd.

Yea, I plan to pay this phone off and order with Apple next year. AT&T has no customer service whatsoever.

I know, that's how I feel. and if that's the case I'm really screwed because I ordered at 3pm on the 12th. I'm
not expecting to already have my phone but I am expecting atleast a tracking number so I can know what the ****s going on

OK all you 64GB 6s+ SILVER folks --- JUST GOT MY TRACKING!
FedEx picked up today for Tuesday delivery.

Hope everyone gets their email today. Especially my wife who is waiting for the RG model.

So, I guess they were telling the truth about why I could not cancel.

I REALLY hope yours ships today sometime. I KNOW for a fact my order was placed after yours and my 6s+ 64gb RG shipped yesterday for Tuesday delivery. AT&T lied when they said "processed in the order received"...
