AT&T just updated my order status to shipped with Tracking number.

I am in the same boat. No change on my 6s+ 64gb RG, but hubby's 6s 64gb sg slated for delivery tomorrow (received em and tracking yesterday)
128gb plus rose gold just shipped, still waiting on my 128gb plus space gray
I couldn't justify the 128GB after looking at my 64GB Air 2 and seeing it over half empty. Coming from a tiny 16GB 5s has gotten me used to not filling my phone up with random crap (as I did with my 32GB iPhone 4) and now 64GB feels like more storage than I need.
I did have a hard time deciding whether to go 6S or 6S Plus, but after holding the 6 Plus I know that although I could fit it in my pants pocket, it wouldn't be comfortable. The other thing is, the whole reason I got the Apple Watch was to not have to constantly pull my phone in and out of my pocket. If I'm leaving it in my pocket then what use is the big screen?
The final nail in the 6S Plus coffin was when I heard a rumor from somebody who claimed to have spoken to an engineer at apple, and they said the OIS isn't actually a feature on the 6 Plus so much as it is a "fix" to make the 6 Plus shoot photos as good as the 6. The story on that goes; The 6 Plus is a larger phone and when you hold it to take a pic, the lens is further from your wrist on the plus, your wrist being the axis on which the aim of your camera is dependent. So, it shakes more, hence the need for OIS and the reason why Apple doesn't advertise the "Plus" as having a better camera than the 6.
So take that with a grain of salt, or put it in your pipe and smoke it. Yeah.

They are one in the same. That's what I was getting from online and the * 3767# . Until it's shipped. It means processing.

My 64 gb 6-Plus has only 9 gigs remaining. So I upgraded to 128 GB for my 6S-Plus.
I received an email just now. 128 6S+ space grey is being delivered to me in TX by 8PM. I ordered in person at the AT@T store 9/17 Sunday 11AM the day after orders opened. There is hope for everyone still.....

I ordered the same. space Grey 128GB 6S+ and ordered 13 min after going on sale.
looks like they are shipping 128GB 6S+ now.......come on 64GB 6S+ RG!!!

Space Gray 128GB 6S+ seems to have shipped here as well. Pre-ordered 9/12 at 3:42am EST and received the 10/16 to 10/23 ship dates. I'm in the DC metro area and per the tracking it was "picked up" at 8:21pm. Says delivery by 8pm tomorrow.
I didn't receive an email yet, and when I go to the order status, the big green letters of the status says "In Progress", however, on the same page just above ship date, it lists tracking number with a valid tracking number (which fedex says was picked up at 8:21pm). Also of note is that the ship date changed to 9/24 (from 10/16 thru 10/24).
FWIW make sure you don't miss the Tracking Number bit. I almost didn't notice it as I was looking for the green status text to change.
EDIT: Also of note is that it says picked up in Fort Worth, TX. The shipping method says Standard Overnight. I was just a little surprised to see the late pickup and have it still be in TX. Hopefully nothing happens to delay it!
