Yes they do. I traded in my iPhone 5s for $300 dollars when I left sprint and came to AT&T wireless. I believe it's a recycle or trade in program. I did this last year when I got my 6Plus

AT&T: iPhone 6S/6S Plus Pre-Order Thread!

Just got my 6s Plus (AT&T) that I ordered on the Apple website on Sep 12th. Do I need to move the SIM card from my old iPhone to the new 6s Plus, or does the 6s Plus come with a pre-installed AT&T SIM card? I thought I read that they come with pre-installed SIM card. My new phone is already in its case I don't feel like taking it out and leaving finger prints on it 
It already has a SiM card installed. OK so this is weird. I attempted to update my iPhone to 9.0.1 via my computer and it failed... I had to restore the iPhone to factory settings. Anyone else had this happen? Luckily I didn't set up very much so it's not too hard to redownload everything.
The pink tones are much stronger than I expected based on Apple's promo shots. It looks really great in certain lighting, but in most (nearly all) lighting it just looks overly pink. I already compromised with the white front just so I could get this color, so I think I'll be much happier with the Space Gray instead.

We both got shafted. Than you would think since they didn't have those I'd get first choice? Wellp i ended up getting the last 6s+ in the store after EVERY other customer behind me was given there phone before me...needless to say I got an ugly ass silver one, and the att rep and att manager for an ear full from me
I understand your frustration. Until this whole AT&T pre ordering debacle started, I would have given them high marks on the customer satisfaction scale. Still can't believe that they included a survey in the video link they emailed me. Needless to say they slipped a few points on the scale. It was bad timing, on their part, to send me the survey at this point in time.
The only reason I went through AT&T is to be able to stay with the 2 year contract and subsidized pricing. In a couple of years I'll need to re evalutate to dietermine its worth it to go through a similar experience. But by then AT&T may have eliminated 2 year contracts. Then I may explore other options. Too bad because, right now the 2 year with subsidized pricing is working out great for me. I do not like NEXt or the other "Pay Day Loan" plans. I'd rather just pay the full cost or borrow the money from myself ;$

Here's what someone should do (but not me, not volunteering even though it was my idea;
When you get your phone just hold onto it. Don't activate or use it. See how long it takes them to charge your for the phone then come back and tell us how long you were able to keep your free phone.
Get a load of this crap. The 6S+ 64 Silver that I ordered the Monday after preorders at 2 in the afternoon has shipped before the one that I ordered for myself 10 minutes after preorders went live. THERE IS NO EXPLANATION FOR THIS CRAP!

I was one of the unlucky ones who had ZERO movement since preorder (12th around 10am EST) Booked a reservation for purchase at my local Apple store on the 17th just for a backup plan. Showed up last night around 5pm after having being given ZERO information from AT&T whatsoever, very disappointed with their customer service and how they handled it.
None the less, I walked out with my new iPhone 6S at 5:15pm from Apple. Very smooth process. Proceeded to cancel my AT&T order as I was walking out and gladly clicked the "took too long" button for the reason for cancelation.

I'm in the same boat. I tend to think that if it were Apple, we'd have Saturday delivery. I imagine it was a cost issue and that AT&T went the cheaper route. I'll bet that, if given the option, there would be quite a few people willing to pay the price difference for Saturday delivery.
Yes, I have the 450 minutes with roll over. I always have tons of roll over minutes. Clearly, I don't need unlimited minutes.

Not so sure about that. I had problems placing my order shortly before 3 am EST. I got frustrated and gave up. I went back and tried again a little after 5 am EST, when my pre order finally went through. Ended up getting my 138 gab Space Gray 6s plus, with delivery Monday, 9/28. I originally had the Oct. 16 - Oct. 23 window. But maybe everyone, with the same model, got theirs bumped up regardless of when they pre ordered.
Did anyone who ordered from AT&T NOT get a model A1633 or A1634? I got A1634, but was wondering if you got the A1688/A1687 if you could ask them to give you the better one for LTE30?
