Didn't work for me.
I was polite and stated that I have went over the 2GB limit for 3 consecutive months and would like to switch back to the unlimited plan. He told me it wasn't possible and that I fall into the 2% category of users that exceed the limit blah blah blah.
Told him I wanted to cancel my service and I still had no success. The smug CSR even told me the dates the iPhone would be available on Verizon.![]()
And if you want to switch to VZW, they made it a little easier to pay the ETF. They'll take your ATT iphone as a trade and one way or another credit you:
iPhone 2G - 16GB: $60
iPhone 3G - 16GB: $105
iPhone 3Gs 32GB: $160
iPhone 4- 16GB: $280
iPhone 4 - 32GB: $360
