So I just called the order status customer service line (1-877-782-8870) and according to the automated messages, "the item from your order is currently back-ordered and will ship as soon as it becomes available."

I am so close to canceling my order it's not even funny.
I placed the order through AT&T Premier at 12:01am PST and finished the process by 12:08am. No crashing, no lag, nada. I didn't receive a confirmation email until an hour and half later. A day or two after, I received a text saying something about my order is now being processed. The money has been removed from my avaibale balance on my American Express.
I am so done with AT&T. If it wasn't for me not having an upgrade available and having to use that shared upgrade crap, I would have just ordered through Apple.
Seriously never doing anything through AT&T again. Completely ridiculous.
Also, I'm in Southern California. San Diego to be exact. Looks like we got the short end of the damn stick.
