Pre-ordered on 9/12, with a "Oct 1-6" arrival date. ATT is my carrier (unfortunately!) 99% of the Oct 1-6 orders have shipped yesterday with an arrival date of Sept 22-26.

My order, STILL "Processing" It seems there is a major hold up through ATT and the 64GB Space Gray 6 Plus.

Even tried to go into the ATT retail store about an hour ago, literally denied at the door like it was some fancy nightclub. I wasn't allowed in, "only those who pre-ordered the iPhone are allowed inside". Amazing...my blood was boiling.:mad: I'm stopping in later.

To be honest, at this point, it's not about not getting the phone on launch day. It's only a phone, and I'm okay with that. It's AT&T's mishandling of this whole thing. I've been unhappy with AT&T's service for a long time, and this is simply the last time I want to deal with AT&T's incompetence.

I'm with you. This is simply the last straw.

My friend who ordered his 6+ just got it in the mail.. ordered at 4:00pm the day after pre order via Apple Store.

Thanks AT&T.

Sorry man, while I would like to believe that this is true because that would mean that there is some hope for us, I can hardly believe he would receive his device after ordering over a full day after us.

(Status updates are currently not available on the Premier website.) For additional assistance, you can call AT&T Customer Support at 866.499.8008

Found it at the bottom of my order
does it mean it is for returns/exchanges only or no status updates at all?

It's through the Apple Store..very possible.

If I were an AT&T customer (which I am) and I went to the AT&T store and was denied entrance I Would be all over that on social media and calling every AT&T number I could filing any complaint I could possibly find. Including the email addresses of the CEO listed earlier

I don't care if I Had the cheapest flip phone, the way you were treated as an AT&T customer is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable and that would, without a doubt, be the reason to leave.

Leaving AT&T for not getting your phone on launch day, in itself, is not a reason to leave, but being treated the way you say you were treated? That would be it. I Would be gone today. Not tomorrow, today. Now

Has there ever been a bigger screw up without an explanation to consumers? I mean other than the Fanny Mae mortgage companies debacle....

What did they screw up?

My order clearly stated 14-21 days.. and my delivery dates actually dropped by 2 weeks.

They haven't broken any promises to me.

They just simply did not have the inventory.

Very disappointed

I know at this point there is no hope for today, and I'm fine with that. Honestly I'm just upset at the total mess that AT&T made out of their pre-order system. I ordered 35 minutes after midnight, and for some reason people who ordered after me are getting their iPhones from AT&T and not mine?

I forget where in this thread it was posted, but the one online chat really got me. The one where the CS rep asked when they pre-ordered (12.45) and was replied with 'oh well all orders after 12.40 are back-order. The guy goes 'Oh I meant I ordered at 12.15 and IMMEDIATELY the CS rep goes 'oh I mean all orders after 12.10 are back-order'. Total BS and proof that at least this rep doesn't have a clue what is going one.

I understand that the system was slammed. But 1.) You knew it was coming, and 2.) plenty of other sites are able to handle that traffic. Jesus, ask Ticketmaster how they handle it EVERY...SINGLE...DAY.

Just upset at how AT&T treated some of us customers. I'm not going to bother calling in now because I know there is nothing that can be done at this point. But once I see that Activation Fee has been charged, they will be getting a call from me insisting they remove it for this mess they caused.

For those saying they're gonna jump ship from AT&T to another carrier, you're really gonna give up you spot in line to get in the back of another carrier's line because you couldn't have it today?

I'm not getting mine today and its a real disappointment but seriously? You're gonna get behind all those that have ordered over the last week? I can see if you find one locally, but to reorder and expect anything different than what you currently expect let alone not worse?

Apparently you haven't read how the order #'s are not being sent in the order they were recieved. People who ordered after the lot of us are ahead of us in the shipping estimated date.

"Fulfillment of your online order begins as soon as you place it. Therefore, you can't change or cancel your order until it is complete. You have 30 days after placing your order to return or exchange items or cancel service"

so getting cancel button back to a lot of people here means it is complete:rolleyes:

Waited in line overnight but they did not have the color I wanted so I got the silver iPhone 6+64 GB (out of contract). I plan to sell it today and keep waiting for my preorder.

Oh I've read it and am in the same boat. Plenty of people getting their orders shipped ahead of me when i was done within the first 30 mins and they were much later.

My initial email said 21-28 days... Now it looks like it will be less than that if they can come through.

But still... you've already been pushed back in line, let's say, so now you're going to take yourself completely out of line to get in the back of someone else's line? Verizon, Sprint, Apple all quoting at a minimum 3-4 weeks... What do you gain by leaving?

And you're not going to find one in a store at this point... not a 6+ anyway.

Hang for 21 days and I'll get the 128 + SG I asked for.

Not premier. I'm at work so I didn't even have a chance to open it... I honestly do not care if anybody believes me or not, I just wanted to update my status to let everybody know that they are being delivered today. Came to my work, so UPS MyChoice wasn't an option for me.

Waiting on wife's phone being delivered via FedEx. It's a regular 6.

Good luck to all !!!

Premier is irrelevant anyway; I've seen people who are Premier and are getting their phones shipped to them that had date bumps in the last wave...

Highly unlikely me thinks...Regardless, we didn't order through Apple so we're screwed.

It's a shame because I would have went through Apple, and got thru 4 times for launch delivery only to get the error "Your account is in a market not eligible for upgrades" upon checkout, so AT&T was my last resort. I would still like to know what that error means, and how to correct it. Even if I cancel my preorder I have a feeling that error is going to haunt me.

Re read your email. It specifically states first come first serve. People who ordered after me are getting phones. That is what they screwed up.

just think.. everyone will be bored with their phones by Monday.. maybe Tuesday.. and we will all still have something to look forward to.

:)
