after tweeting my frustration with ATT, one of their support care professionals reached out to me, Raul. While Raul didn't share anything earth shattering, I did enjoy his professionalism. My main issue was that I felt like ATT should have come forward and made it known that they had a problem. Had they come out and said yep we dropped the ball on the premier orders and we are looking into it so that we can figure out the root cause, then I think people would haven't been so extremely upset.
Raul agreed and said he knew that this was in fact happening and mentioned they had received a fair number of complaints about it. To be honest it sounded as though they are in a middle of a s*#t storm. Which I hope so because otherwise nothing will change.
I did appreciate the call back and his apology, nice to hear from someone intelligent enough to grasp the situation and be able to explain what is realistic. Here's hoping it gets resolved and we all have our orders ASAP.
