So I talked to a csr rep names Carlos needless to say it was uneventful except for one tidbit of info. The reason we didn't get our phones isn't about stock it's about a screw up in transit of the phones to AT&T. Now he didn't say it flat out but I called him on it and he said yes. That's why we keep getting the run around. All of our orders are pending shipment because we have a phone dedicated to our orders that have not made it to them. He wouldn't tell me if it was apples mess up or theirs but the way it sounded AT&T dropped the ball on getting pluses. Hence the fact they took from the shelves and filled some orders. They couldn't not send out any!!!
I would like to believe this. If only they hadn't so conclusively proven that they will say just about anything to shut you up.
