AT&T premier IR account in northern California
Ordered 6+ silver 64gb 1202 pst through att (next 12)
Ordered 6+ silver 128gb 1210 pst through att (next 12)
Confirmation email ~1245 ~1247 said 14-21 days (pst)
Second emails 430 ish pst October 13-22
Saturday went to backordered then back to October 13-22
Wednesday night changed to October 2-13
Today (Saturday) 866 number changed from backordered to in process
427 pm pst email received from att, 6+ 64gb silver changed to shipped via FedEx from TX (wife's phone of course)
No SIM card/extra number on orders tab
6+ silver 128gb still "preparing to ship"
Was hoping to get mine at the same time, but at least I can play with her phone until mine comes, hoping wednesday/Thursday

How were you able to cancel I tried today and they said it was impossible for me to cancel? They were quite rude about it as well. They were more than happy though to cancel our service. They told me they could not cancel because my phone was being prepared to ship......in October! Seemed like they could care less. I also noticed I could have gone to our local Apple store and walked out with the phone I want (6+ 128 Silver). I preordered also at 12:03am Pacific on the 12th and am currently showing a 10.2 to 10.13 ship window. Also now the option to cancel through the premier website is greyed out and will not allow me to do anything.
How to cancel a premier pre order
Just curious how many of you all were able to cancel your preorders through Premier and what you had to do to accomplish this because they will not cancel my order. I tried through the website and the reply I got was my request was denied. So I called CS and they also said I could not cancel?

I used the original confirmation e-mail link and the cancel button on that page.
Dooquie, I cancelled my premier pre-order at 3 a.m. Eastern time by clicking on the cancel pre-order link on the premier order page. They sent me an email requiring me to accept the cancellation. Five minutes later, I had a 64GB SG 6+ waiting for me in the morning. I highly recommend it, if you can't wait. From the number of iPhone 6+'s I've seen in stores today, I bet you'll all be receiving your shipments this upcoming week at the latest.
I ordered iP 6+ 16GB SG around 3:15 EST
and I got a confirmation email around 5:30am.. NO tracking number yet

If you can no longer cancel your pre-order, it's possible that the phone has entered the first stage of shipment. Then, you can only cancel by returning the phone when it's finally shipped to you.
That makes me feel a little better. Ran all over the SW area looking. Not one plus available.

Was stuck on the 10/31-11/11 shipping date since the start. Cancelled this morning and was lucky enough to get a preorder in at the 5th ave store in nyc (what a nightmare that store was this morning...something has to change with the process...overheard an employee saying the line was all the way at 72nd street yesterday(store is at 59th)). I think canceling the preorder was the greatest thing Ive ever done and am currently writing from my beast of an iPhone 6+.

I cancelled around 2:30pm-ish and there wasn't anything available in my area at the time. I got home from doing some stuff later around 7:30pm and checked again and a store not far from me showed available for store pickup. So I bought that thing online as fast as I could and headed over there. Got the "Your order is ready" email 5 minutes after getting there and walked out just minutes later with my shiny new sliver Plus. Even the guy who worked there was surprised that they had any.
placed my order on 9/11 @ 12:54am MST and had confirmation by 12:57am MST. I have yet to get any sort of tracking information for my Silver iPhone 6 + 128GB. I have refreshed my browser 100's of times and called and spoken to a CSR numerous times. I understand these things happen but this lack of transparency is unacceptable. While I am happy that others have gotten their tracking numbers I feel it is deplorable that AT&T has not adhered to their policy of first come first served. Even if I go and get the phone from Apple its no skin off AT&T back if I plan to use Next. Either way i will just take my marbles and go home and continue to hope I get tracking information soon
So are these phones eventually going from Louisville to DFW via UPS, and then to an ATT warehouse in Fort Worth?

There was an article that said the 64 and 128 come pre-installed with apple's free apps, while the 16 does not.
This is why so much of the 64 and 128 seemed to be taken up upon receipt while the 16 isn't so bad.

I ordered at 1150, confo at 11:52pm pst and I have got nothing. Got to finally hold one today and I'm sooooloooooooo ****ing mad I have not got mine yet...had 10/2 since day one. 6+ 64gb sg.....saw stock in my local Apple store but can't get it cause I can't cancel my order which made me even moreeee MAD..just give me 5 minutes with the IT department for ATT, 5 minutes and they won't ever touch another key board again. It's not the CSR reps fault. It's the IT department that ****ed this all up....
