to make things worse, I just gave in and realized I have been impatient so I reordered my order at AT&T for a 128 GB gold. Apparently they just processed that order and the charge was taken out of my bank account. so now it looks like I have a 64 GB gold plus coming and apparently a 128 GB gold coming too. This is all a mess. I wonder if att would automatically cancel that second order once they realize I used one upgrade egibility to get two phones. such a crap IT department for such a multi billion dollar company
 
I'm writing this in my 6+ that I ordered through apple this morning and picked up at a local store. I called to cancel my AT&T order and will never pre-order from them again! Good luck to all. I had ordered at 12:33am PST on 9/12 and had 10/2-10/13 shipping range for a SG64gb 6+.

My wife's 6+ 64gb Silver shipped yesterday and an extra order number never appeared.

I mean I HOPE and PRAY your right.. but just wanted to point that out.

Oh I am sorry, That was my assumption. I should have been clearer about that.

Just wanted to let everyone know i received my tracking number just now. Don't give up hope! They're shipping today! iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB gold.
 
Ordered 6 Plus 128gb Silver at 2:20am CST (Premier Customer) and had 10/02-10/13 ship date. Received shipping email and tracking number this morning and it will be here Tuesday!

I'm equally as irritated as everyone else but I'm so glad I don't have to wait til October! I hope everyone else gets there info today too!!!

I'm on the phone with att now none of the order numbers on the automated line matches my order number i was sent or the order number from when i track true attmyorder
 
I see a lot of shipping and people waiting for 64gb amd I the only one that ordered a 16gb and still waiting!?
 
I'm hoping too and I just called 611 she asked me if I had two orders I said no why??!!! Is there another number then she spouted out that whole 10/02 bs after saying no crushed me :(

I've given up on calling AT&T. The CSRs kept giving out conflicting information. I know this pre-order debacle isn't the CSRs fault so I don't want to vent my frustrations out on them. However, when they try to push more products and services on me... Internally: I'm all :mad:. Externally, I try to be polite and end the call. I'll just stick to refreshing the order status site.
