to make things worse, I just gave in and realized I have been impatient so I reordered my order at AT&T for a 128 GB gold. Apparently they just processed that order and the charge was taken out of my bank account. so now it looks like I have a 64 GB gold plus coming and apparently a 128 GB gold coming too. This is all a mess. I wonder if att would automatically cancel that second order once they realize I used one upgrade egibility to get two phones. such a crap IT department for such a multi billion dollar company
