Ordered iphone 6 + 16 on 9/12. Order status has never changed from 11/9-11/27. On line still says preparing to ship. Called 611 and csr said on her end it says shipping in progress. Good sign or not?
 
Finally

Just got confirmation email from ATT Premier and the ATT.com order status updated with tracking number. I ordered 128gb silver 6+ at about 2:20CST and got email back at 6:45am that day.
 
Nothing yet for me. It looks like the heavy posters of the thread just kinda left now that they got their shipping notices :D
 
Can't say that I blame them. Seems to be premier members at the moment. I'm still waiting for a SG 128 6+. So tired of the wait although @attcustomer care told me on twitter that it was by order time and inventory they have. So that was HELPFUL.
 
I'm so frustrated. Ordered on ATT's website September 12 3:11am EST. Got confirmation 4:42am in email. Card had the $1 authorization and then the $436 amount (2 year contract price) which stayed on my card for about 4 days. Charges fell off and now my order just says preparing for shipment ever since. No movement. Dates were bumped from Oct-31, Nov11 to the current Oct 2 - Oct 11. It's been that way for days. I call 611 or the 877 number and get item is backordered. AT&T reps of course give me the same info that I can get by checking online. I tried to order through apple's store app but gave up after 3:45am since it wouldn't let me on.

It's frustrating when people who ordered through Premier like me who have later dates already have their phones or their tracking information and I don't. Where in the world is MY phone/tracking info?
 
This is so frustrating. No rhyme or reason as to why mine hadn't shipped yet. Unless I get shipping confirmation today, looks like Wednesday at the earliest...

I so feel your pain. The only difference for me is I was never on backorder to my knowledge.
 
Ya, it's pretty freaking stupid. The 877 number is only place it says backordered. If I check through premiers website it says Preorder Processing. The 611 number says my presale was accepted and all is ready for shipment and the att website says preparing/pending shipment but it's been that way ever since I preordered basically.

This whole ordeals is ridiculous. I'm all for patience but the fact that the whole first come first serve was given, that's total bs.
 
My local Apple Store has the plus that I want. Tried to cancel my premier pre order and it was a mess. Give it 30 minutes for the upgrade eligibility to be reset. 3 hours later and still no go.
 
I still have no tracking information-

ordered 9/12 @12:54am MST with confirmation 12:57am for a Silver 128GB 6 plus
