Sept 12: Ordered 6+ 64GB Gold at 2:35am CST (Texas), Ordered 6+ 64GB SG at 2:40am CST both Premier. Confirmation on Gold at 5:35am. Fraud notice for SG at 11:09am. Confirmed over and over via every means possible that the charge was not fraudulent. Was told numerous times all was fine. There was only (1) charge for $432.99 (2-yr agreement plan) and (3) $1 charges pending on cc. Gold Est. Ship Date (10/31-11/11) SG Est. Ship Date (Pending Confirmation)
Sept 15: Received confirmation email and text for SG at 3:30pm. There were now (2) $432.99 charges, (1) $399.99 charge, and (3) $1 charge pending on my cc. Called to confirm there weren't 3 phone orders and no one at AT&T can figure out why there are so many charges. Surprise, surprise. Gold Est. Ship Date changed to (10/2-10/13) SG Est. Ship Date changed to (11/9-11/27)
All pending cc charges still there.
Sept 16: Gold AND SG ship dates both 10/2-10/13, cc charges still pending
Sept 17: Told by AT&T retention dept that I would receive both phones on the 19th.
Sept 22: SG order gets an email that the est. ship date is still 10/2-10/13 (guess they like rubbing salt in the wound...no idea why only one order received that teaser email)
All 6 pending charges for 2 iPhones have been on my phone all week. Nothing has dropped off or changed. BOO!
All AT&T stores and retailers in our town either received ONE 6+ or NONE! So, waiting up all hours of the night was pointless to me. We only want 6+, so I'm not settling for the 6.
